So when the bunny's car had issues and needed some diagnosis and loving, she had trepidations, and I puffed up to help out and run interference (even though my hardware experience is centered around something many nanometers smaller than an oil dipstick). Neither of us needn't have worried. The staff at Ital Motors were reassuring on the phone, honored our Groupon, saw us the same day as the check engine light turned on, gave us advice and recommendations about not only the issue at hand but helpfully triaged the next needed repairs on the bunny's car. No pressure, no frisson of of sleazy, just well-communicated car love. Highly recommended.

After two days for a water pump and thermostat replacement, I picked up my Jeep, and it was barely drivable--shaking violently at idle, misfiring, and with both the check engine and ABS lights flashing randomly. The shop claimed these issues were pre-existing, citing engine codes as proof. However, when they called the day before, they only mentioned needing to "burp" air out of the engine to improve performance, with no mention of misfiring or warning lights. If these issues were "always there," why weren't they noted earlier? My girlfriend and I drive this vehicle regularly and can confirm it was running fine with no shaking, misfiring, or warning lights before the repair. I paid $1,200 for a service that left my Jeep in far worse condition, barely able to make it home. I absolutely know the shop caused these issues and is blatantly lying to cover it up. I'm furious and will never return. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop at all costs.

I originally paid for an inner tie rod repair and an alignment service as per the shop's recommendation. The exact same day I picked up the vehicle from them, there was a prominent creaking/clicking from the exact side they worked on. I had to leave for Calgary early next morning, and could not return immediately to have it addressed. As soon as I was back in town, I brought the vehicle straight back to them to have it addressed, but they completely dismissed the noise. About a month later, the outer tie rod end has developed play, resulting in clunking while driving. A part doesn't just instantly give out right after a technician finishes unbolting, and handling it while working around it. Given the immediate timing, I have a hard time believing that this is merely a coincidence. When confronted, Nav, the guy I had been dealing with, tried to distort my timeline claiming that the noise started after my trip (completely false btw), to avoid liability. He offered to cover only the basic installation labour, but refused to adjust the front toe-in/alignment required to make the car safe to drive - demanding me to pay yet ANOTHER $130 for alignment. I feel that they do not stand behind their workmanship, or take responsibility for my valid concerns, and instead expected me to pay to make the vehicle safe to drive again, even though it wasn't making any noises prior to the repair. Based on my experience, I would avoid this shop if you want peace of mind.

I pulled into the lineup at the back where there was one vehicle ahead of me. I positioned my vehicle partly in the shade, but I was very clearly still in line. Soon after, other vehicles arrived and I pulled forward slightly to make it clear I was already waiting. When the vehicle ahead of me was called in, I started moving forward and was stopped by an employee. The customers who were now behind me were yelling out their windows that I hadn't been there and was cutting in line. I explained to the employee that I had been there first, he then said he could check the cameras and I said yes please do. This went on for several minutes. Then two other employees said they hadn't seen me there. I explained that they were inside and could not have seen where I had been waiting, particularly because of the dumpster. I again asked them to check the cameras so we could establish what actually happened. Instead, the employee told me he believed the other customers and his coworkers over me and told me to go to the back of the line. He refused to check the cameras. I also questioned how I could have been in front of these other trucks if I had arrived after them. I have never experienced such a humiliating and disrespectful situation at a business. I was accused of something I had not done, had multiple people yelling at me from their vehicles, and then had an employee decide who to believe without even bothering to verify the facts when there was a camera available to do I strongly urge the owner/manager to review the security footage where it will verify that I was there first and was unnecessarily humiliated. This is not a business I would recommend with employees like that. No one deserves to be treated like this And based on your response to the review I posted elsewhere, I didn't magically appear at the front of the line. Given the narrowness of that back alley how could I have possibly get my suv past all those other cars in line if I had come after them?? And after your staff initially said he could check the cameras why would I have insisted he check them and still insisted in my review if I had cut the line, knowing it would've proved me wrong?!
