They found a piece of a screw about 1/2" long that was in the tread. They were able to patch the tire and reinstall it. On my way in about an hour and a half. Very happy with the service. The man at the counter listened to our needs and use cases and showed us replacement options. There were no tires in stock that were suitable. He looked for short term alternatives to get us home. In the end we couldn't get anything. He did a check of the leaking tire for repairability and made sure we were fine to carry on until we could order tires at home.
