Care Staff are Kind and Efficient also really care about our loved one. 2. Care Staff does not get enough credit, they do internally externally from some of the reviews I have read you OBVIOUSLY HAVE NEVER WORKED OR UNDERSTAND HEALTH CARE!!!!!! They are exceptional. 3. The care staff goes above and beyond, its not easy for anyone in this role but they smile stand proud, are well trained in their scope of practice and give great person centered care. 4. The quality of care is 5 star, everyone is so approachable with questions you may have. Interesting that when I phone they know exactly where my mom is. How many Care facilities can say that. 5. Quality of care from medications, taking their Blood pressure, to baths etc.. my Mom loves it there the staff and the residents. Everyone is kind. 6. They have developed an amazing culture right from the front desk, to the great social activities, the kitchen and the great menu, and never seen a problem with the statement. If I have a question they get back to me right away and, I would like to point out maybe if you take a moment and understand your statement you will ask the correct questions as they are great at explaining the statement to you. Staff are not that pleased with working conditions. If a staff calls in ill often they are not replaced meaning much more work expected. Staff are expected to alter their plans and at times have to do two full time shifts back to back, of course they get impatient and the residents care goes down.

What should have been a joyful evening turned into a distressing experience due to the actions of Debbie, a care aide and owner of Grace & Integrity Senior Services. While preparing to sit at a table with staff approval, Debbie repeatedly told us we couldn't sit there, despite having no authority. When I tried to lighten the mood, she turned to my grandmother and said, "This is why no one wants to sit with you and you have no friends." Her comment was cruel, unprovoked, and shockingly unprofessional. We were shaken and chose to leave. Staff we later spoke with were kind and supportive. Debbie's behavior raises serious concerns about her fitness to provide care. She should not be permitted on Sandalwood property, and families employing Grace & Integrity deserve to know how she treats vulnerable individuals.
