My teenage daughter needed an emergency temporary flipper for a missing front tooth. The situation was devastating to her self-confidence, which the staff saw firsthand. I literally cried in their office, begging them to please hurry and help her. They assured me they would get it done, but instead, it turned into an absolute nightmare. First, they bypassed SoonerCare's pediatric EPSDT coverage and forced me to borrow money to pay a $350 out-of-pocket deposit, while aggressively trying to upsell me an extra $200 "overnight" fee for an appliance they claimed a week later they lost photos for When I had my insurance advocate contact them about their improper billing, the front desk decided to punish us. They belittled me, suddenly claimed they "lost" the original dental scans, and intentionally delayed my daughter's care for a week and a half out of pure spite. We were forced to drive an hour and a half back to the clinic just to retake impressions they had already done. The absolute worst part was how they treated us when we came back. They pulled me into a private room and tried to corner me into shutting up. They essentially held my teenager's paid-for dental appliance hostage, explicitly demanding that I drop my state insurance grievance and delete my public review before they would give my daughter her tooth. They tried to intimidate me to hush the situation up. The ONLY reason my daughter got her front tooth fixed within two weeks after they messed everything up is because I stood my ground, reported them for insurance fraud, and made my reviews public. Do not trust this clinic with your children, your money, or your medical care. They will manipulate you, delay a child's medical care to feed their own egos, and try to silence you when you catch them breaking the rules. Stay far away.

Dr. Oakey is very personable,explains everything straightforwardly, and has a humble confidence that put me at ease. He flawlessly performed an extraction for me, talking me through the experience most professionally, and his assistant was spot on as well. I don't feel anxious about "going to the dentist" anymore. Dr David done some grinding and adjusting on the dental plate with no success. He then suggested sending it to his lab for some additional modifications while informing me that no partial dental plates actually fit well. Well his lab returned the dental plate saying there was nothing that could be done. Now I have went 4 months with no front teeth while being told I can not get a partial dental plate that fits my mouth even though my original dental plate which I had for 50+years fit fine. Oh the reason I needed a new dental plate was because my original Dentist DESTROYED mine while attempting to make a new one. I have lived 4 months with embarrassment, stress, and anxiety leaving my house because I have no front teeth and being told I will never get another partial dental plate that will fit my mouth. So what is the point in going to a dentist for a partial dental plate if they can not make one that fits and comfortable to wear? I'm an absolute scaredy cat when it comes to the dentist and I was very happily surprised when I filled out their patient form and they went into depth on what they could do to make you more comfortable, if you have anxiety with dentists, etc. It shows they care and I love that! Dr Karim and her dental assistant were amazing. Checked in with me to make sure I was alright, super transparent about what's about to happen, what needs to happen, and what was going on. It made me feel very safe while I was in their care. They were genuinely so kind in the process and for someone who had bad dentist experiences as a kid, I was super grateful for that! I definitely just settled for familiarity because by two Aunts used to go to this dentist, Dr Sanor. I've experienced the most unprofessional service. Dr. Sanor would be doing a filling while conversing with this guy (he usually did my x-rays) that I don't know his position. Dr Sanor would tell stories about her weekend, her kids and her boyfriend. In the time of her talking about her life she is using profanity! It was like I wasn't even there. He boyfriend was the guy that you check in with when you come in to let them know you are here for your appointment. So, she would talk about how DJ (receptionist) and her kids get a long and how much younger he is in comparison to her. She would tell stories about family members and say, "she is the wrong white girl to be dealing with because she doesn't take no $hit! It was always about black and white. And how she is white and she doesn't take no $hit. Mind you, I'm black, her boyfriend/receptionist is black as well. I never engaged in the conversations because I felt like she wanted me to since I'm black. I just acted like I didn't hear it and the nitrogen gas was blocking out this unprofessional bragging conversation. I thankful found another dentist who is so professional and no awkwardness! I can say that his respectfulness, kindness and professionalism was exactly the 'prescription' I needed to be comfortable with this procedure.

We reached an agreement for a FULL refund but only received half the refund. When I called back with the discrepancy they said since the performed half the surgery that I would get half the refund. Yes, this truly did happen. I filed a BBB complaint and after numerous inquiries from the Better Business Bureau they never responded. You can check out the full details on the BBB website when you do a search. They have a B- Better Business Bureau with other complaints on record.
