Avoid this cab company like the plague. The driver we had did not help with the bags from the curb to the back of the car. He left the bags in the street behind the cab when we got to the airport. When I wrote a bad review, the response was barely readable and he called me a liar. He called me out for a poor tip. I ask you, would you tip if the service was sub par? I think not. Customer service was horrible. If this company doesn't want to give rides to the airport early in the morning, they shouldn't offer them. read more

Very very very bad service. I asked at least 3 drivers for a ride to a nearby hotel at the Will Rogers Airport and they all refused. All they did was point fingers to go with that guy and this guy go with that guy. At the end all they did was argue with each other. The worse cab company ever I dont see how they are in business, I took them to my hotel and they charged me 20 dollars. I called them last night and asked them if they can pick me up in the morning and the guy I talked to took my info and said yes that they will be there to pick me up at 5:30 am I waited and they weren't their I called them and the guy came and he charged me 30 dollars and he made me late for my bus crappy service. NEVER book this company from the airport. They do not disclose that they have a $40 minimum from the airport, regardless of time. I was charged $40 for a 15 minute drive that would have cost $15 with Uber or another car service. Maybe $20 with an ETHICAL cab company. I'll be reporting them to the BBB. read more
