The taxi driver had a bad attitude. He seemed like he wasn't happy with his life and he was taking it on me. When I would talk to him,he misinterpreted me. I had a heavy bag with me. He did not offer to help me with the bag. Fortunately, I was able to deal with the bag. It just gave me a bad impression of Oklahoma. I don't think all taxi drivers are like him. I was tired and hungry. He did drop me off to my hotel. I know how it is to be working person. I tipped him anyway. read more

Horrible customer service! Called to speak to a representative needing a last minute shuttle ride at 3:20 am. The person on the phone says that I would receive an email saying the shuttle would be canceled because they don't have that available time. I booked a ride in advance. The driver went to the wrong address initially and proceeded to argue with me that she was at the correct one. I called the office multiple times and was out in hold. Finally got I touch with someone there and they said the driver was on the way. She showed up 30 minutes late making me get to the airport just as my plane was boarding. I found Airport Express online - it was the first thing that popped up when I was doing my search. My flight kept getting changed so I had to call them every time this happens - they were patient with me. They were easy to locate as soon as you step out from the baggage claim area. I was the only passenger so, that was nice. The driver told me what there is to know about OKC and good places to eat at. It was a quick and smooth ride from the airport to my hotel in downtown OKC. They're at least $3 cheaper than getting a cab. read more

If renting a car wasn't so expensive, I would have done it. I called to schedule a ride and the dispatcher wasn't very friendly at all and had to ask me twelve times for my last name because apparently she has never worked with someone who uses a hyphen. My ride was scheduled for 4:00pm to get me to the airport and then the driver calls me at 3:05pm to say he's been waiting outside for me. I explained I wasn't ready because he's an hour early and he kept talking in circles. Then he charged me extra for the wait and practically demanded a tip. read more

On 11/7 used AirPort Express from Will Rogers to our home. We had taken them from our home to the airport only 12 days before. We were told no need to make a reservation they would be waiting when our plane came in. When we got to our house we're told the price was almost $20 more for same trip only 12 days before. I asked the driver to call his boss because that couldn't be right. After a long conversation they refused to keep same rate! They are a big rip off, don't use this company!! read more

I've used Airport Express for years. They have been on time almost every time. There was only one time very early in the morning that I was worried but they were only a minute or two late. I just get anxious about time. I feel very safe with their drivers. Unlike the Uber drivers who are not vetted for their driving skills. I've had a couple of pretty scary rides with Uber. Will continue to use their service even though it may be a little bit more than other services. read more

Left me hanging at 4:30 AM. Didn't show for my pick-up to the airport. Not cool. I made the reservation the day before, dispatcher couldn't find me in "the system". All you have to do is one thing right, and that is pick people up at the appointed place and time and drop them off at their destination. Obviously this is a problem for Airport Express. The gentleman or woman (couldn't tell) who picked me up seemed extremely agitated to be driving me to the airport from my hotel. During the ride to the airport it decided to light a full-sized cigar and smoke it with the window closed. I asked the person to at least roll the window down and it turned around and asked if I was a tree hugger. Then, to top it off, the van had a flat tire on Meridian one mile away from the airport. We get the spare tire from the back of the van and find it to be flat as well. I missed my flight due to the three hour wait for a wrecker service to show up to tow us in. I would have went ahead and walked into the terminal down Meridian but I had too much luggage and it was 25 degrees outside. Fools. read more

I've used them for the last time. About 7 times a year I make week long over seas trips for my company who pays for the airport transportation to/from my home in Edmond. Airport Express does allow online booking and paying which is good for expense reports. However, after returning on a cold, December night with my prepaid voucher, the only vans they had outside at the appointed time were for airline flight crews. I was assured my van would be there by another driver in "5 to 10 minutes". 30 minutes later, I called the office and Crystal (who was very nice) said one was 4-6 minutes away. Van 57 arrived and the driver called from his seat for "the passenger going to Edmond". That was me, amongst several other airline passengers looking for non taxi rides to wherever. I loaded up and waited while the driver spoke to several other people outside, likely arranging for other vans for them. I didn't mind this and half expected several other people to get in the van with me. But this went on for a while and I started to wonder if I was in someone else's ride. I opened the door to ask if there was a problem and the driver went off on me, explaining how busy they were and how there were a lot of people looking for rides. To clarify, I told him I was a pre paid, thinking that would determine if I was in the right van or not. He said he knew that and I shut the door. Next thing I know, he opens the door and demand I get out, another van was on its way. When I asked if he was serious, he told me he wasn't giving rides to people with attitudes. I called Crystal back from the van and she said she didn't know what his problem was but that another van was coming to get me. When I pressed her on why, again, she could not say. He then got in the driver seat, slammed the door and we were on our silent way. If this were the only issue I ever had, I'd chalk it up to a disgruntled employee. But my previous trip, I had to argue with the driver about directions to the freeway from my house. He didn't want to take the freeway and wanted a more direct route, one which would have cost an extra 20 minutes, easily. After I convinced him, he later confessed that he wanted to go the more gas saving route and was unfazed when I explained that I arranged my pick up time with "time" being the sole factor. I did not have 20 extra minutes. He was unhappy that I did not concern myself with the "extra fuel cost" to him. I know they are independent contractor drivers and I've had some fine experiences, but being accused of a bad attitude after a later than scheduled pick up is the last straw. My company paid $100 for each round trip, I'll just take that business elsewhere. read more

Well, I trusted Airport Express with the most precious of cargo...my mom...and she couldn't stop talking about the level of service. She said they called her to confirm that the driver was on the way and the driver called when he was about 5 minutes to the destination as well. My mom sometimes has difficulties walking and they helped her with her baggage and get in/out of the transport. They got her to the airport on time, which was key and the van was clean and warm. I would definitely use them again. I thought they were reasonably priced for a ride from Edmond. I didn't really trust other car/ridesharing apps to get her there on time and/or not cancel on her. I couldn't risk it with an app service since I was also flying and was already in the air by the time the Airport Express had to go get my mom. There would have been no way for me to rebook of quickly schedule something for her. Nonetheless, they really delivered and I'm appreciative. read more

Every time you call their dispatchers, they will Listen to what you say, then blindly transfer your call, where it will continue to ring off the hook. Van drivers don't keep A/C on when they wait so you step into an extreme hot van. Our particular van driver had to have been the lousiest driver. Border line scary to drive with. I called for a ride to Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City from the Skirvin Hilton. I was told that my ride would arrive in 12 minutes and it only took 10. The lady driving the van was kind, professional and her driving was very safe and confident. The price was very reasonable, and I really appreciated the ease of making a phone call and within 15 minutes being on my way to the airport, and that i could pay cash, unlike uber or lift. I recommend this service to anyone that is looking to simplify their travels. read more

Our original ride to the airport was good. The driver helped our family of five get our 7 pieces of luggage and carry on items to the airport competently. He came in one of the 7 passenger vans commonly used by Airport Express. He was friendly and professional. On our pre arranged return trip the driver refused to load our luggage, repeatedly asked how much more we had coming (as we moved our bags to the terminal to the courtesy vehicle lane), then accused us of not moving fast enough and "wasting " his time. He was in the same model vehicle that we utilized on our previous trip. Last time I checked Airport Expresses business model includes waiting for passengers make their way to a vehicle then agreeing to terms for a ride. It is impossible to "waste" their time. I called the office to ask for one of the larger vehicles they used to have available. The man I spoke with told me that none were available. I ended up taking a cab home & leaving my family waiting, collecting my personal vehicle, and returning to gather them and our luggage. Incidentally, one of the larger vans was parked and waiting at the curtesy drive when I got back. We have used this company on every one of our rides to the airport and never had an issue before. Service was always good. This driver has effectively destroyed or relationship with this company. We will not be utilizing them again. read more
