TerraCom gave a Samsung SM-T307 worth $300 for EBB program last year. They paused Dec 31. A SIM card contract problem stopped tablets 5 months. TerraCom said 1st time recently tablets should resume in 4 to 6 weeks For EBB the govtnmnt. paid $50 monthly for data. Plus copaid $100 2 help U buy a tablet or computer if U paid $10 to $50. ACP also pays $100 for a device. But only $30 monthly 4 data. Providers are mandated to charge you $10.01 to $49.99. TerraCom like most tablet providers charged only $10 & 1 penny. They got only $110 for $300 Samsung! Next most valuable tablet in US was a... 2018 / 2019 Samsung Tab A IT&E gave for $49.99. Now Lenovo 8". Or 10" Lenovo by Localtel Communications for $25. Or Samsung A7 Lite by Kinetic by Windstream for $20. Or a Nextlink 10" Plex 2 in 1 worth $300 costs $49.99. HUMAN-I-T & PCs for People give good refurb. laptops $20 to $5. But 1 time $80 fee 4 mobile hotspot device. Cox & very few give $20 to $50 refurbished laptops without hotspot device fees. Yurok gives a Samsung tablet. SANO CONNECT gives unlimited data only with 20 GB of high-speed data on a Samsung Tab E maybe 5 yrs old but good. Older devices dont get security updates but fine if proteced. RESEARCH A free good antivirus which uses little memory & data. TERRACOM GiVEs lots OF DATA on THEIR EBB TABLETS. They lost money by customers not using data monthly but they kept on. A SIM card contract problem stopped tabs a few months. So they give 500 mins talk & unlmtd texts & 20 gb of high speed data for Lifeline benefit alone! NOT even using your ACP benefit. And theyte one of few Lifeline specialty companies who still give a free phone even for Lifeline used alone. A dual sim card Maxwest Nitro 5P or a BLU J5L. Most companies with unlimited data give UNDER 10 gb of high speed data for ACP alone, under 20 gb if bundled with Lifeline. Except for Assurance Wireless who give unlimited text and data with 35 GB of high-speed plus 10 GB of hotspot. Or SafeLink wireless who gives unlimited talk text and data with 25 GB of high speed and 5 GB of hotspot... Both also may give a Moto phone a bit better than Terracom phones. But TerraCom's is only I know which is unlocked. Assurance sometimes gives Schok Volt SV55, or Wiko Life 3, or still cheaper UMX693CL, hopefully very rarely and only when low inventory... I don't know if Safelink always gives Motos. Terracom will likely give unlimited data with 20 gigs of high speed on hopefully the same 2020 Tab A 8.4 inch Samsung tablets for ACP soon. TERRACOM gives extra data at $5 per gb! Most charge $15 + for 1st gb?! The same phones they give for free TerraCom sells maybe $65? Theyre $110 online. Not best but VERY affordable. Workable. Fair cases & protectors last til U buy better on aliexpress Theyve the only all American easy to understand team Ive crossed. Ive met dmany. Why Im a fanboy. I understand repeat BAD service with BOOST Mobile ripped us off. But I still say they have a fair ACP data plan which uses only ACP benefit. So U can use Lifeline benefit 4 a 2nd free plan & phone. QLink & Truconnect r good Lifeline bad tablets. And Boost gives an Alcatel Joy Tab 2 for ACP, tied maybe with the Sky Elite Octa tablet which was offered by Stand-up Wireless and possibly Dailytel Inc of W. Palm Beach. But Boost Mobile stores where you have to buy their tablets, a charge up to $25 to $45 incl. extra fees. I HOPE SOMEONE FEELS I'M NOT SLAMMING IN BUT I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE THEM IN YOUR AREA THEY ARE A TRUE BLESSING. CINTEX WIRELESS & their sister company Newphone Wireless offer Joy tab 1 tablets $10.01. CINTEX OFFERS REFURBISHED PHONES SOME STILL WORTH $200+, just usung your ACP benefit. If they do Lifeline & ACP benefits bundled in ur state Cintex may give truly unlmtd. hi speed data! U may 1st use Lifeline & ACP benefits separately with different companies. Get a free phone with 1 with Lifeline. And a tablet with ACP. Neither benefit gives much data alone. ITS WHY U PAY $10 - $20 out of pocket to Xfinity, or AT&T low income wifi. Later transfer ACP to Cintex for a 2nd free phone worth $200+ refurbished! BUT U MUST STAY 4 MONTHS WITH Cintex or Newphone. TO PAY OFF $125 U OWE THEM 4 PHONES. U CANT ASK WHAT FREE PHONE U GET. U ask IF U PAY. GET SHOCKPROOF CASE & SCREEN PROTECTORS ON ALIEXPRESS 50%! If U buy RUGGED SMARTPHONES on AliExpress pick "other area" or "global" version so they work in US!
