WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This interaction felt disrespectful, leaving me shocked that a business would treat customers this way. Avoid this place entirely. There are alternatives where your questions are welcomed rather than met with aggression. RUDE doesn't even begin to cover it.

i never do this but i have to after my experience today.. the older african american woman at the…read morefront counter is probably the rudest person ive ever had to interact with. she's yelling at people, eating while talking to you, rolling her eyes and sighing at every question you have. she's honest to god mad that she had to do her job. she got upset with me about where i set my purse on the counter?? i don't know what's going on over there but she needs to be checked about her attitude BAD. the waiting area is small and the place was so hot.. but i guess this is just an average DMV experience. whew.
