I called this location with a simple, single question, and instead of being treated with basic courtesy, I was told to hurry up and ask my question because they had a line. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This interaction felt disrespectful, leaving me shocked that a business would treat customers this way. Avoid this place entirely. There are alternatives where your questions are welcomed rather than met with aggression. RUDE doesn't even begin to cover it. read more

i never do this but i have to after my experience today.. the older african american woman at the front counter is probably the rudest person ive ever had to interact with. she's yelling at people, eating while talking to you, rolling her eyes and sighing at every question you have. she's honest to god mad that she had to do her job. she got upset with me about where i set my purse on the counter?? i don't know what's going on over there but she needs to be checked about her attitude BAD. the waiting area is small and the place was so hot.. but i guess this is just an average DMV experience. whew. read more

Their website claims that they're the best in customer service but that's far from the truth. While getting a new ID, I witnessed the African American lady be rude to every single person she helped including me. She accused one person of lying and even said "do you not know how to read?" very rudely when a woman came in and asked where to sign in. After I waited my turn and got my new ID, I asked for her name to report her and her response was "I don't have to give you shit!" I then asked for her supervisor's name and she ignored me. Anything I said or asked for after that was ignored. Terrible customer service. You don't have to be a b*tch to people just trying to go about their life. read more

Talk about quick friendly service! Cute little House downtown is where you find this place across from QT. Only a few people there waiting and the ladies there were just the nicest ever. I got what I needed done in less than 10 minutes, which being from a big city is absolutely unheard of. read more

I know it's weird to be a fan of a tag agency but I have had multiple great experiences that I must share them! They have change locations and are not by the Mayo Hotel anymore, but just south of downtown closer to Riverside. The most recent time I came in, it was a Monday morning. I was trying to be the first one there, making it shortly after 9am. Thankfully no one was there when I came in. All the staff seemed to be in the back but soon a lady came to ask what I needed. I had to issue a new license plate as well as a title change. She gave me the needed forms and told me how much it was going to be. It was way more than I had expected but thankfully they accept credit cards on those transactions.I asked if I could go ahead and renew my licenses as well and since it was less than 6 months until the expiration date, she told me I could. At least three people came in when she was helping me so a line quickly got started. I felt bad for them since it seemed it would be a while until she got to them but she was a great multitasker! She asked what they each needed and got them the forms they needed. They do not accept credit card payments on license renewals but thankfully I had enough cash ($38.50). For those that need it though, there's a QuikTrip conveniently located right across the street. This location is better than the previous one because they have a couple of parking spots available, so you don't have to worry about it. And oh, the satisfaction in the voices at the other places when the they let you know you had to book two months in advance. Reward these people with your business and let the tag agencies that slowed their businesses to a crawl keep on crawling. read more

Free parking, downtown? I was a little afraid of the huge nitrogen tanks at the entry to the parking lot, but my son said unless they under pressure, they wouldn't explode if someone ran into them. Business is convenient if you work downtown. No line when I went, two people at the desk very nice and helpful. In and out, business taken care of! Hold the phone! How did I not know about this tag agency location?! I never, ever thought I would be a fan of a tag agency but I've been proven wrong with this spacious, clean, friendly location. On top of that, it's marvelously located downtown across the street from the library. Parking is tricky as it's on a one way street, but there are several lots around and if you're a great parallel parker (unlike myself) you'll find a spot in no time. Walking in during lunch hour on a Friday made me nervous about a long wait... I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I notoriously have the worst luck with my IDs and needed to replace my driver's license. The kind lady at the desk kindly assisted me and gave me the option just to go ahead and renew my license since it was set to expire! What a gal. read more

I have never had anything but a great experience using this tag agency. Recently I found myself in a difficult title situation after moving from another state with a car I brought into Oklahoma. The two women who run the office were always patient, kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful when I was trying to sort this out. After many visits they were able to get everything squared away for me when no one else seemed to want to help. I am forever grateful and would highly recommend this agency. read more

It's a clean office other than the stains on the floor. That's the nicest thing I can say. Now as far as the people behind the counter, well, it's a different experience from the Los Angeles or New York City DMV type of people. These Downtown Tulsa ladies behind the counter seemed a little too happy about delivering some really time delaying information. This one particular lady seemed rather entertained by how I was being charged double penalties for an out of date tag on an older car I own. Looking forward, I can't wait until the year 2030 or so when they finally figure out how a "website" would allow them to automatically allow customers to take care of these types of simple tasks. I hope the older hens in this particular office learn to treat people a little nicer. read more

I was there to get my Real ID. Almost 3hour wait and I watched one lady sitting at her desk eating lunch and ignoring phone calls. (Yes, ignoring the phone.) The other 2 ladies said they wouldn't start until 1:30. At exactly 1:30, they turned out the lights over their desks and went to the back of the building to eat their lunch while 20+ of us sat there waiting. People that came on their lunch breaks had to leave. I watched as the employees were rude and somewhat abrasive to the customers. When it was my time, I was refused as I didn't have my actual SSI card. (But I did had a copy and had every other form of ID to acknowledge I was legit.) They were extremely rude to me, failed to acknowledge regret for my inconvenience, and promptly called the next person over. I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this agency again. read more
