On Friday at 11:34 I sent a text asking if I should send photos in advance. Maryannreplied she was at Walmart having a serious tire issue taken care of and they would not be finished in time. It was me who initiated the text. Maryann did not contact me first to reschedule due to the tire problem. However, we agreed to talk on Monday July 32 at 1 pm. She was to phone me. She did not! I st patiently waiting and waiting. Starting at 1:01 pm I kept texting with NO reply. Finally at 1:35 pm she called so say she had been delayed with her previous client and had not had a chance to eat lunch. I tried to be kind and said go ahead and eat lunch and we could start at 2 pm. I specifically told her that I needed to take my granddaughter to the park at 3 pm. Maryann said fine she would call me. Of course she did not. She doesn't care how she treats the client. I sent her multiple texts without so much as the courtesy of a simple reply. So blatantly rude! At 2:40 pm my last text said I had to go and get my granddaughter to go to the park. Not a word back from Maryann. That evening at 6:46 pm I asked for a refund or rescheduling. NO answer....... Nest morning I texted again asking for their decision and saying I wanted my money back because I did nothing wrong. Yesterday another text in the morning about phone going wrong (as always) saying she would call in the evening. She did not. She texted a partial screen shot to show she did but that can't be true because I texted her a photo from my phone showing ALL incoming and outgoing calls yesterday on my iPhone. She would easily be able to see on the screenshot that her number does NOT appear. I asked again for my money back. She called this morning and sounded proud to say she never gives refunds. Incredible résponse. This is from someone who has ZERO respect for another person's time. Makes promises for appointments and completely ignores the commitment but gives no explanation or reason at the time of bitterly disappointing the client. So blatantly arrogant to not even think it was necessary to respond to a client's texts in a professional way. She couldn't care less. Just ignores the inquiries or concerns. When I told her I would post she sent a text reschedule. She made no indications her future behaviour would be any different. Who knows how many more times she would be a no-show. She basically stole my money at her convenience. There are many other GREAT psychics out there. I would not recommend her to anyone. I doubt I will ever get my money back. No doubt this is a regular pattern of her behaviour.
