I called on Friday for a Mon am servicing they were very limited in flower choice and color but they helped me decide on a white flower arrangement, Their pictures on the website were helpful. My birthday I received a bouquet and sent a photo thanking them as I usually did. He asked me to take photos from all sides. I noticed the vase was plastic and he has always made sure the vases as well as the flowers were beautiful! He called the shop and was told they were out of the flowers he ordered and if he didn't like them he could bring them back. They told him they could deliver another arrangement but it would contain thee same flowers because that is all they had. He said the lady he spoke to was very rude.! I called to complain and when I asked to speak to the owner they put a man on the phone. He said he didn't own the shop any more he had sold it. When I told him what had happened he said he told my son that he lived near us and he would deliver another arrangement and my son said no. My son said he never spoke to a man, he spoke to a lady. He said before he hung up he said, well, I guess there is always next year and she agreed! We are looking for another florist in the area for our use as well as his!
