I have never felt more accommodated and heard than when coming here. I came the day before Valentine's Day, knowing any flower shop would be overbooked. Not here, they still had some options for me that same day and I ended up buying exactly what I wanted for a later date. I ordered flowers on December 5th for my friend's engagement that was happening on December 21st to be delivered on December 23rd. I paid extra to have the delivery range be on one specific day (December 23rd) to not risk the surprise being ruined. On December 9th, they tried to deliver the flowers to my friend 2 weeks before the engagement was supposed to happen, with a card saying "Congratulations on your engagement." Thankfully, my friend wasn't home, so they didn't leave the flowers there. I frantically called to make sure this doesn't happen again, the flowers absolutely cannot be delivered before December 23rd, and I do not want to ruin my friend's engagement. They apologized and assured it wouldn't happen again. Morning of December 21st, before the engagement happened, they tried to deliver again. Thankfully a friend of ours answered the door and was able to send them away before the future bride got to the door. I can't believe this happened twice. This has caused great stress to me, and they would not allow me to refund without cancelling the flowers altogether. I would not recommend ordering from this shop if you need anything time-specific. They almost ruined my friend's engagement twice. read more

I told her I definitely wanted sunflowers with a rustic flair in a short arrangement. She said they would take care of it and they did!!! My friend in the hospital was thrilled and all the nurses were commenting on how beautiful the flowers were. This place will not disappoint!!! This place is fantastic!! I have ordered flowers for my Mom for years from big online companies. I had my Dad send me pics of the arrangements the last three years they have 1/4 of the size of the picture of what I supposed to get and not at all like the arrangement I picked out. This cute little shop is nestled in the back of a shopping mall and has been here for over 50 years. Now it has changed owners about 3 or 4 times now but let me tell you that the products they are putting out are awesome!! (See picture below) moving on, if you haven't already read one of my reviews they tend to be lengthy but full of information so let's get on with it then. Upon arrival I snapped a picture from the outside so people can always recognize if they are at the right place. Next, I come in and am immediately welcomed, which is always a plus, and I gaze around a little bit to see if things are clean and neat and thus it was. Second, I am a big smells type person so if it smells nice it must be nice right? As I am looking around I take note that this was a slightly chilly day but inside was like a perfect 72* so it's clean, smells nice, it's cozy, and the staff welcomed me right away. Immediately I ask to use the restroom and the staff helped guide me back to where it was and at this point I am being politically correct by wearing my mask as were the staff for those curious about Covid practices in the establishment. Restroom was clean and smelled fine so I wash my hands and move on. At this point I asked for the owner because most flower shops are owned and operated by females. (Definitely not saying a guy can't do it just sticking to statistics here). The reason I done this is for a couple reasons; 1) this month we are honoring female business owners and 2) I am curious how things went during the initial Covid year. So owner Rachel McGeough and I began to talk about how old the establishment was and I finally asked her how things have been since Covid. Rachel told me that this establishment has been in this location for a very long time. Next she told me with the struggles of Covid she had to lay off 2 employees and her supplier actually went out of business :-(. One thing I want to note here is Rachel never gave up and got herself a new supplier and is trying to get things back on track. Well Rachel after receiving this beautiful bouquet of flowers I put them on Display at our local VFW and shared your story with all the veterans there. They to thought the bouquet of flowers were nice and your dedication on not giving up on your work and employees is heroic in itself!!! The final question remains. Will I come back? I live in Las Vegas and was sending my sister some flowers because she's been going above and beyond helping my mom out even though she has some major medical issues and a crazy work schedule herself. I ordered the flowers on www.teleflora.com and then they bid it out to local florists. They picked the Blossom Shoppe. Now, the arrangement did turn out pretty and my sister said the flowers seemed very fresh, so that's the only reason I'm even given 2 stars. I picked this arrangement because of the PINK vase and the PINK polka dot ribbon. Obviously the arrangement that was delivered had neither of these. If you don't carry the things they picture, you shouldn't deal with them and take their bids. For almost $60 I spent, I feel the vase and ribbon should at least be the same color as what I picked out. read more

I made the terrible mistake of going through one of the national online websites and found out they just call your local florists anyway and do not communicate with you and they miss delivery dates. I learned my lesson and ordered from Tulsa Blossom Shoppe. Not only are they actually cheaper, and more efficient with delivery, but you are also dealing with a local store and actual local people from that store who know what you are talking about instead of some call center overseas. I highly recommend Tulsa Blossom Shoppe. A bad arrangement or a missed delivery date screws up the whole emotion involved with something like sending flowers. It is not like ordering a TV. After reading the reviews (and also using them a few years ago), I called this place from CA, wanting a Mother's Day arrangement delivered to my 'Tulsa' mom.
