Ultimately my family followed up with them several times with lackluster communication and response. Without going into detail, I would urge you to find another place for your loved ones where communication and expectations are open and agreed upon. Ultimately my brother was moved to another mortuary where they communicated openly and his body was prepared and the service was taken care of without the need for constant follow up. I would like to add that funding was not a concern, from my understanding they were too busy and had a heavy workload. In a time of death, unexpected or expected the process should be seamless, there should be the expectation of being as close to a stress free process with the mortuary overseeing your family member services. This place was not it. I would look elsewhere.

My grandmother passed away at the seasoned age of almost 97, so she was now able to be laid to rest…read morenext to my grandfather who served in the Navy during world war 2. The cemetery is always very neat and clean, even on a crummy rainy day like the day we laid her to rest. While it was only 15min long (that's allllll you're allotted) it was a nice ceremony for her. They provided a nice area to sit while my great uncle provided a brief eulogy. I am sure there wasn't a cost as stated my grandfather served in the military. The personnel was friendly enough considering it is a funeral.

We used heritage with dad, and they were wonderful. So when Chelsea passed, and they used holder Wells, we did the same, 1 large urn and 3 small ones. When we picked them up, it looked like there were more ashes on the outside than the inside of the small urns. And not to mention that the remains ,weren't even in a bag! At heritage, they were in bags and completely clean.
