I suggest to mark as A, B, and C entrances and add more signage on Texas Rd so we don't bother the rude and unfriendly lady at the office- We felt unwelcomed when asked for better directions. we found one of the guys working the grounds- he gave us better directions. He was actually very nice and friendly! They need to do better when hiring. Finally, i found my poor friend- buried where there's no grass- it looked like a dirt road- marked by a flag, no flowers or headstone. :'(

I was surprised when the assistant funeral director approached to inform me that in order to have a ceremony and watch her be lower into the ground, I would have to pay the workers $100. The assistant director did advise me of a different site, but it was in Westchester NY (the wake was held in the Bronx, NY). I wouldn't recommend this place unless you don't have the funds to bury your loved one at a classier ground. At least her brother and sister, would not have the funds, are close by in a different section.
