My father recently passed away on the 4th of July. The Brunswick Memorial Home handled all of the arrangements from start to finish. They did an outstanding and exceptional job during a very sad and difficult time for our family and over a major holiday as well. Randy, Peter, Amy, Gene, and all other staff have my heartfelt thanks as they went over and above the service we received. All arrangements were conducted with compassion, sensitivity and pure professionalism in every phase. All of our questions and concerns were answered immediately. I have only admiration and gratitude for Peter Kulbacki and Brunswick Memorial Home. When my son passed away, in May, I went through all of the motions that needed to be accomplished. When I called, I was able to speak to a gentleman from the first telephone call from the hospital. When they arrived to transport my son, every measure was taken to be certain that my son's dignity remained. Along with all my requests, there were guidelines and requests made by the township's fire company. When it came time to go over arrangements, details and expenses was explained to myself, his sister and his fiancé. Nothing had been left out. Patience and understanding were shown when reality started to sink in and it became difficult to speak. After every wish of ours was planned out, it was time to discuss the formalities with the Fire Chief. Even though he was away for a few days, Peter Kulbacki had kept on top of everything that needed to be done from another state. Including making it possible that every member of his staff wore my son's favorite color tie and his badge number on their lapel. My son's life could not have been celebrated any better. I have been to many local funerals, and Mr. Kulbacki and his staff have always been very professional every time. In particular, a very good friend of mine, Joe Ruffo, had his viewing and services with Brunswick Memorial. They made all of us very comfortable, made excellent recommendations and treated us all with dignity and respect. Our family recently hired Brunswick Memorial Home and we could not have asked for better service. This is one of the toughest things to have to go through in life and hiring the right people to be by your side is so important. They not only did their job, but went over and beyond. A big thank you to Peter Kulbacki for helping me in a recent traffic accident. He pointed to the signs in his parking lot reminding drivers that they must follow all the rules of the road. We were having the services for my Grandmother here and a friend called me, amazed we would pick a funeral home rated 1 star on Yelp. She offered to suggest a different funeral home in the area since she had been recently used one... Let me just say, I'm glad we didn't switch! Everyone was so nice and caring. They organized a police escort for us and offered the services of a motorcycle hearse. The parking lot was full and they had attendants out there in the cold directing people how to park.
