He was really rude to my family and when the service was over he came out and said "well that concludes the service, thanks for coming"! Then stood around like he was trying to get us to leave and we were supposed to have the room for another half hour. There was a variety of urns. There were small urns that you could purchase if other family members wanted some of the ashes. I appreciated the compassion and warmth that was shown to us. My loved one was treated with dignity and respect.

BM funeral home however was a disgrace. They 'forgot' to send the flowers to his service in Amelia and tried to argue about taking them to the grave and whines about travel time and gas. Most abhorrent, the sheet holding my husbands remains peeked out of his casket. Absolutely disgusting and incompetent people running this place. GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO ENSURE YOUR LOVED ONES HAVE A PROPER AND DIGNIFIED BURIAL. My husband Joshua was a 100% disabled vet and we had a 5k burial allowance and his headstone was paid for. I cannot believe Stihl authorizes these people to service their equipment. Maybe Stihl does not…read moreknow how they treat people and their equipment. Well, they will very soon. My mother-in-law took her Stihl blower in to have the primer bulb replaced. That was all it needed. That was all she wanted done. What they did to her blower was criminal. Not only did they not replace the primer bulb as she had ask, they broke the throttle lever off the carburetor when they dis-assembled it. Why they dis-assembled her blower to replace an easily accessible primer bulb is beyond any conceivable explanation or understanding. When she went in to pick up her blower after being told it was ready, she was handed a bag of parts, and a bill for fifty some dollars. They had the nerve to tell her (after they broke the carburetor) it needed a new carburetor, and it was going to cost as much to repair the blower as it would be to purchase a new one. Then they charged her fifty some dollars for their "fine" service. All it needed was a primer bulb! You can see in the attached photo the condition in which they returned her blower. If legible, the broken throttle lever pieces are circled in the photo. Unbelievable!!! Had this happened to me, these people would be in court making reparations for the damage they caused. This is truly criminal taking advantage of a person in this manner. If I heard one day someone burned them out, I just might have to smile.

The facility is well maintained and it has a nice, peaceful vibe. The headstones are maintained, grass is neatly manicured and the roads and paths through the place are well kept. I think this is a fine venue for a final resting place and I'm happy that my father is in a place that's so nice.

A few weeks ago we had reports from someone doing work on our house that we had a potential hornet issue. Brad was very helpful and helped me sort it all out and found it to not be true.
