There was a variety of urns. There were small urns that you could purchase if other family members wanted some of the ashes. I appreciated the compassion and warmth that was shown to us. My loved one was treated with dignity and respect.

BM funeral home however was a disgrace. They 'forgot' to send the flowers to his service in Amelia and tried to argue about taking them to the grave and whines about travel time and gas. I cannot believe Stihl authorizes these people to service their equipment. Maybe Stihl does not…read moreknow how they treat people and their equipment. Well, they will very soon. My mother-in-law took her Stihl blower in to have the primer bulb replaced. That was all it needed. That was all she wanted done. What they did to her blower was criminal. Not only did they not replace the primer bulb as she had ask, they broke the throttle lever off the carburetor when they dis-assembled it. Why they dis-assembled her blower to replace an easily accessible primer bulb is beyond any conceivable explanation or understanding. When she went in to pick up her blower after being told it was ready, she was handed a bag of parts, and a bill for fifty some dollars. They had the nerve to tell her (after they broke the carburetor) it needed a new carburetor, and it was going to cost as much to repair the blower as it would be to purchase a new one. Then they charged her fifty some dollars for their "fine" service. All it needed was a primer bulb! You can see in the attached photo the condition in which they returned her blower. If legible, the broken throttle lever pieces are circled in the photo. Unbelievable!!! Had this happened to me, these people would be in court making reparations for the damage they caused. This is truly criminal taking advantage of a person in this manner. If I heard one day someone burned them out, I just might have to smile.

We had been having issues with being able to fill up our jetted tub without running out of hot…read morewater and also taking more than 2 showers back-to-back. I was also having to drain the tank about once a year and replace the bottom element as our house did not have a softener when we moved in, so it had a lot of calcium carbonate in the bottom. I called Bob Garret Services for an estimate about a new hot water heater with a mixing valve. Never knew that a mixing valve can increase your hot water volume by over 50%. Lawrence Hancock came over, checked everything out, and gave me a quote. He was very detailed in explaining things and low-pressure (no pun intended), and obviously very intelligent. Even though the cost was a bit surprising, I decided to go for it as this was the best water heater on the market. Lawrence came over the next day with new water heater, mixing valve, and thermal expansion tank (needed for to prevent pressure buildup in closed plumbing system and protect the well pump). He got everything installed, not to mention re-plumbing a few questionable joints on my water softener, anchoring some existing copper pipes to the block wall, both at no extra charge. Here's the kicker...not only can my wife use her jacuzzi now, but we have increased water pressure AND our 2-year-old water softener is working MUCH better. I'm extremely satisfied with Bob Garrett Service, not to mention with Lawrence especially. Great job guys. One less thing to worry about now.
