After the date was booked the person on the phone says they need a $600 deposit and they have not even touched the vehicle yet. While I understand requesting a reasonable deposit of $50-$100 dollars to hold the appointment, demanding a %50 deposit is ridiculous. I would understand if they had to order a bunch of parts that were specific to my vehicle but to require that much of a deposit in my opinion is crazy.
