Why would I go to a drive thru if you make me walk through your store all the way to the back; so you can sell me all kinds of overpriced garbage I don't want nor need? I planned ahead, speaking to my PCP and also the pharmacy department at this Scranton Walgreens location. All was set & I was planning to pick up my prescription today. When I arrived, the pharmacist was extremely rude, stating that the prescription could not be filled here & that I had been misinformed by the pharmacy staff member yesterday. She immediately discounting my issue & would not help in any way. Don't go here if you want prescriptions filled properly. Walgreens, you need to hire some staff with manners!
