The parking lot is a giant collection of potholes, just like Scranton! Hate getting in and out of this location but always have been treated well by staff and I'm able to get what I need on the way into town. Cindy who works nights mostly deserves 5 stars and a raise and another woman in her 30's dark hair tattoo on left side of her chest she definitely deserves 5 stars and a big raise I ain't kidding those 2 ladies are the most helpful I've ever seen in a CVS. I spend a lot of money at CVS on prescriptions and everything else and this is the third time now I've been in here and she's extremely rude for no apparent reason ...that's bad business especially with all the competition ... The pharmacist Ray was extremely rude and condescending. I was trying to resolve an issue with one of my prescriptions and he was verbally aggressive towards me. The rest of the pharmacy staff are very nice and supportive. I do not recommend getting any prescriptions when he is working read more

Well I've been in some crummy CVS'S in my time but really this one is bad I know there's a employment shortage but this place was bad the shelves where so dirty I had to wash my hands after I left. The shelves were empty just a few things on them but lots of boxes in the isles they had a buy one get one 50% off but only had 1 on the shelves lol really. Very unorganized. Then as I go to check out there's the cashier dressed as if she's going to hang out with friends looking like a slob talking to I think another employee about how rotten her job is & letting me hear this & not checking us out but just keep complaining about how bad her job is after 5 minutes I said I guess I'll go to the self checkout & she didn't even look up & said yeah over there. As I checked out myself she kept complaining about her job. I forgot something went back in & they were still complaining & ppl were standing behind the one woman & instead of helping them she called for help & continue complaining as I walked by I said to these ppl just self checkout you'll never get service from this place BTW nothing I wanted was in the store & everything was over priced even for CVS as I was leaving they were still talking now about her dog. The Asian Pharmacy Technician employed there is very rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with my HRA to which he responded "that means nothing to me". Upon further discussion he has no actual knowledge of how health insurance works, nor does he seem to care. I have been using CVS for 30 years but based on this single experience I will be switching to another pharmacy. I am appalled that they would hire such an incompetent, disrespectful jack ass. read more

Staffing in the front of the store is far from adequate. Not only do they have days with only one cashier , they hire bad mannered kids barely out of high school that don't know how to talk to customers. I won't shop there again. They have nothing I can't buy elsewhere without the crappie attitudes. read more

Pharmacy is terrible. A few months in a row now they have been completely out of stock of my medication. This is not something that I can go a day without, let alone days. They don't seem to care. If it happened once I wouldn't bother saying anything, but this is many times now they have done this. I don't understand how a pharmacy can constantly be out of medication. After 10 years I have to change my pharmacy because of this. read more

The CVS is really great. The staff is nice but they could use more help because of how busy they are. The redesign is nice it does take some getting used to being used to the old store. it's a great place to get in and out if your prescription is called in an advance otherwise you may have a 15-20 minute wait. read more
