You can take the nature trail and enjoy the shaded hike. The only issue I had is that you can lose the trail near the edge of the park. If you hit the power lines, you've gone too far! Great place!

This pedestrian bridge crosses the Reedy River above the Reedy River Falls. The bridge has a curved clear span over the river that curves away from the falls offering a picturesque for. The bridge is a suspension bridge with a total length of 345 feet and a clear span of 200 feet. The twin towers and suspension cable are visible from vantage points around the city. It was completed in 2004 and there are plenty of other things to do, eat and drink in the immediate area including a nice walk through Falls Reedy Park. Staunton Bridge is Greenville Rec's newest community center. Future programming will include a Senior Club for ages 50+, adult enrichment classes, and teen programming. Community Center is also available for rent if you need to host an event and has a kitchen inside so providing meals is no problem.

Only one group can met at a time only one small meeting room for meeting in the entire building. When school is out and the children program is all day. The seniors have no place to meet except at night. during the summer months. It's a shame this community deserves better. On the bright side the senior program is thriving due to a strong president and volunteers.

I will admit that I did not know the "name" of this bridge despite having walked across it…read morecountless times, although it has only been known by this name for the past couple of years. It's not the expansive Liberty Bridge that is most commonly associated with the Reedy River downtown, but it is a convenient and heavily foot-trafficked crossing just up the river that many people recognize. It's located parallel to Main Street and can be accessed by stairs on either side. The bright green bridge connects with the Swamp Rabbit Trail on one side and the sidewalks that go through the Wyche Pavilion and Peace Center amphitheater on the other. The bridge crosses over the Reedy right where there are concrete structures, looking somewhat like a dam, that are part of an old railroad trestle. The water spills over here providing lots of white noise, especially in combination with the other nearby water features and wall fountains.

Years later at the urging the of those soldiers, she began bottling it in 1923. Knowing this makes me an even bigger fan of Duke's mayonnaise. Oh, wait. The icon bridge is pretty cool, too.
