My child went to seesaw from Nov 2022 through July 2023. She started in the older infants room and…read morewe loved the teachers in that class, which made me feel comfortable enough to not watch the camera as much as I had in the beginning. When she moved to the young toddlers room, everything seemed fine aside from some little things because of course no daycare is perfect. However, in June, my friend's child began attending the center in the same class. Thankfully she was watching the camera regularly because she caught the moment the assistant teacher popped my child. When she brought this to the director's attention , she asked her to review the footage of another instance where she thought she saw something like that the week prior and it turned out she was correct. This woman popped two toddlers within a weeks time and remained in the room with the toddlers after the owner and director watched this footage. The owner assured me that they would be monitoring her and she would attend training starting that weekend. I had to suggest that they move her to another room (they moved her to the adjoining older toddler room). This all transpired over about a weeks time and ultimately, by the end of the week i didn't feel comfortable sending my child back (she never went back after the incident). After I removed my child, the assaulting teacher was ultimately let go after the owner saw that she had been eating off of the kids spoons... I was extremely disappointed in the way this was handled because my child was comfortable and thriving there. She had also been with mostly the same babies since she started there so she had friends and it was heartbreaking to have to remove her so suddenly. It has also been a huge inconvenience. However, the center was always clean and the teachers were very friendly and polite. It truly felt like they were extended family. My child would still be attending and I would be giving them 5 stars if the offending teacher had been fired immediately. If you decide to send your child here, get the camera access and make sure you document everything you see with dates and time stamps and report any and everything you take issue with.

I am writing this review to share our experience after sending our son here for six months. While…read morehe has been in daycare from a very young age and usually adapts wonderfully to new environments, loves school, and enjoys making friends, his time at this center was entirely different. He cried every single day and begged not to go. We noticed a distinct change in his behavior, including new aggressiveness, which we desperately wanted to partner with the school to understand. Instead of working with us or helping to guide a young child, the center simply sent constant complaints. When we requested to view the CCTV footage multiple times to understand what was triggering his distress, our requests were repeatedly denied. The environment itself is highly overwhelming, especially for energetic, active children. The classrooms are small and overcrowded for the number of older kids they take in. Furthermore, the playground is tiny and uninspiring, and there is absolutely no indoor space for bad weather days. Instead, they rely heavily on screens--loud TVs are left on all day across the classrooms, serving as a substitute for actual engagement. It feels less like a place for learning and growth, and more like a holding center where kids are just kept. To make matters more difficult, the Director is very rude and unapproachable when addressing these issues. The only saving grace of this facility was the infant classroom. **Miss Cash** and **Miss Carey** were absolutely wonderful, patient, and nice. However, the lack of activities, excessive screen time, poor space management, and dismissive leadership mean I cannot recommend this daycare for families looking for an enriching environment.
