I have never had a flower delivery cost that much in my life! And to top it off, the lady was rude on the phone. Her tone was rude and when I said "ok thank you have a good day", she didn't say anything and just hung up the phone! Poor customer service. My family has used Teboe's exclusively my entire life and I've received beautiful artificial arrangements while in colleges (approx 9 years ago) and the most stunning bouquet of purple orchids you've ever seen while working in Troy (3-4 yrs ago?).
