I had a fantastic shopping day today! Old Navy has some cool summer discounts right now--they have some incredible sitewide deals up to 60% off on summer essentials like shorts, tanks, and swimwear. Literally walked in my pony items he had a total of $132 walked out paying $70.44. ​What made this a great visit was the customer service. Arianna at the register went above and beyond to help me out. She held a couple items for me and was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking by calling an associate to show me the discount rack to help me helping me maximize the current promotional sales. That level of genuine helpfulness and great energy is rare in retail anymore. read more

This Old Navy store is always clean. Clothes are always folded nicely. Now, Old Navy can be expensive, but they have deals almost always, which if you get lucky, you can get some good clothes for less. Plus, i get a discount for using my Old Navy card, plus I used money that was on my account that I got for just having an account. I think they have a variety of shirts, shorts, dresses, pants, etc. for the whole family. I really only shop here for my 10 year old, and she loves baggy clothes, so we get her shirts on the boy side, which are very cute! read more

When they opened up an Old Navy nearby a few years back I was super excited. I love Old Navy. I'm always getting jeans for the boys here and there's always tons of sales. The best sale on jeans is usually during the black Friday sale. Most people go crazy for the electronics, but I usually check up on the deals here. I like this location better than the one at the mall. This one seems cleaner and more organized. This one also seems less busier than the other one. The parking is better too. Staff seems just as friendly as the other location. The last time I came the staff were wearing masks, but I don't think customers are hardly wearing them anymore. If you sign up to their emails they'll email you some of their deals from time to time. They don't only sell jeans here, there's something for the whole family. If you like GAP, you'll probably like the clothes here too since it's the same company. read more

Ok, it's brand new and it's opening weekend . Why would you want to go into Old Navy this weekend??? I was happily surprised to find it wasn't over crowded and a total mess. In fact it was a very nice shopping experience... Nice and clean inside. They welcomed is as we walked and I was asked more than a couple of times if I needed assistance or would like a bag or cart. I appreciated then having enough associates available, wearing a badge, and addressing me with a smile. It's not a big Old Navy store, but I like that it wasn't overly crowded with too many items. I found a couple of cute summer dresses, walked into the fitting room which isn't that big, but it's nice and clean and had two helpful associates to help you just in case I need a different size and checked up to make sure everything was good. Checkout was a little slower than in used to, but I get the new associate learning process. As long as you let me know and don't stress out in good... It's brand new! The location is great. I hope the store and customer service remains as it was today. read more

This is a HORRIBLE STORE to get a gift card from or just to even shop here. I had gotten a 25$ gift card for my birthday and I personally don't really like their clothes there and I had went and wasted gas because I had called a couple days before and they had told me they can try and do a transaction on where I can get the money off of the card and when I went to the store and walked in they said they can't. But when I went to victoria secret they had no hesitation on doing it for me and I had gotten all the money off my card , so I really hope you guys don't waste you money or time at this place! I did not realize that the store closed at 8 o'clock on Sundays so I rushed over here to do an exchange on some clothes and since it was close to closing time, I was just going to return them and get store credit and I get up to the door like 6 minutes before they're supposed to close. There's still customers inside at the register paying and I am told they're closed, I called them and ask them like what's up with that why are you guys not letting me return these clothes when you're technically still open and you have customers inside still and they said because they want to be locked up and ready to leave by 8:00. So I wasted my time coming all the way down here to be told they are closing early so they can get out of there. As I sit in this parking lot writing this review, customers are still coming out at 8:05. They totally could have done my return for me snd I probably would not be the last customer leaving the building. read more

I love a good deal! Old navy has been a staple in my clothes shopping regime for over a decade and now I have kids to shop for, so they wear plenty of the brand. This location FEELS the same size as the one in the mall, but I'm probably wrong. It's easily accessible without the mall hubbub, always clean and the staff are always friendly. read more

Been in line for 10 minutes. There is 1 person ahead of me and 7 behind me. They have 1 cashier working the front all alone. She is calling for a manager to help her, but nobody is responding. This is ludicrous Now, a manager has finally made their way to the front and is berating this poor cashier, insisting she call for backup. The entire time I've been standing here, the cashier has been calling for a manager and cashier backup to no avail. Boy, I'd be embarrassed if I was the manager of this store right now. read more

Hoooray, this store finally opened. It seems bigger, cleaner and more tidy than the one in the Valley Plaza Mall. It also seems to have more items in stock here than the mall, which is nice. You can order online and pick-up in the store, so hooray. read more

Came here because an item I wanted online said it was in stock at this location. I searched for it myself and could not find it. I looked all around for an employee to ask, but they looked like they couldn't be bothered and not very helpful. I finally left and ordered online for pickup. When I came the following day for pickup at the register. The employees ignored us for a good 10 minutes before someone finally helped us. Do not recommend this location or the store pickup process unless you absolutely need. read more

The store was a complete mess and it has only been open for an hour so far! Also the line to check out is ridiculously long and better yet both managers just sit and watch as the line continues to grow and they don't do a thing about it. Very unhappy, something needs to change. read more

Not impressed, will not return. We spent almost 30 minutes in line while the cashiers took there sweet time and left the registers over and over again. Misleading "sale" signs and cashiers not willing to look into items ringing up different than expected. Multiple items that were definitely on sale rang up normal price, when we questioned the cashier he only offered a "well, it's not ringing up that way." A lot of the sizes on the hangers did not match the sizes of the clothes. It was also explained to us that the "super cash" coupons they hand out work the same way as "Kohl's cash." After inspecting them later in the car we realized that you have to spend money to save the money. Just an overall bad experience for buying overpriced budget clothes. read more

I walked in with my husband and brother in law looking for new shirts for my husband. Immediately I noticed we were never greeted by the woman up front who was organizing the store. But I noticed she looked at us strange. She kept glaring at us from a distance . I have worked retail before and I know we have to be aware of theft but this woman was making it so obvious & I automatically felt she was racially stereotyping us. I ignored her big blue eyes and blonde hair and continued my shopping. Ever area we moved to she would keep following us and Staring at us. We couldn't find anything for husband unfortunately so we moved on to another store. Even as we were leaving she would stand there and watch us so I stared at her back, I wanted her to know I knew what she was doing. I felt so uncomfortable shopping because this woman was trying to find us "stealing" or whatever. I DO NOT like shopping and having employees follow me. Ever other shopper was greeted and helped except us. I know this store is in a nicer area but gosh following us around the store? I couldn't feel comfortable shopping. read more
