Lots of 50% off sales throughout the store and was eyeballing a pair of draw string shorts, long jogger pants and a tank top. Went to the dressing room in hopes that two of the items fit. The joggers were oddly too long and the tank top had a strange fit. Just the weirdest off sized attire which is a common issue when manufactured in 3rd world countries. The manager was extremely helpful locating a pair of shorts from the back room inventory. They were on sale for $14.00 and fit perfectly. She was resistant to help me immediately when I could see this woman was not interested in customer service. This was a typical Old Navy. But it was one I had not ever been to. We were in the area for lunch, and decided to stop by. I'm an ON credit card holder, so I get all their emails of sales and specials. There are a few things I wanted to check out after seeing the latest promotions. After browsing all the areas -- including the clearance section by the fitting rooms -- I really didn't see anything I was in love with. For me, that means I didn't even like anything enough to want to try anything on. The only thing I bought was a pair of flip flops. They were 40% off. And for $3 (cause they had a pattern), they'll always come in handy when I need an extra pair. So I left without buying much... but at least now I know where this store is located-- if I'm ever in this area again. read more

I went here when everything was closed down and did a curbside pick up which was great! Everything from my order was in the bag and they put it in my trunk and I pulled away so that was amazing. Now the stores open so you can go in and shop. They are fully stocked and it's easy to find the size and color in almost any item you want. I love the leggings here and they are on sale quite often which is a great deal. The store was clean and someone was going around sanitizing and wiping down counters and such. After you try on the clothes they are put on a rack and they are then steamed before they go back out on the floor so you can feel free to try things on. They also had some great sales which was really nice. The employees were also very nice as well and were very accommodating. I cannot count how many times I have been here over the years. I started shopping here way before the new shops because it is truly a nightmare here now. This location is a regular store and not an outlet, even though they both carry the same items. This store is big like many Old Navy stores. There are items for women, men, and children. There are even sections for maternity and athletic clothing. Since I do not have kids, I never go in that section, which makes sense that I do not shop for the maternity clothes either lol. The variety of clothing is vast for the most part. What I hate with most clothing places is trying to find jeans that are not skinny jeans. Old Navy LOVES to sell skinny jeans. I always try to look for the boot cut of flare anyway. Most of my work clothes are from Old Navy. I always find this store is very messy and unorganized. I think the only section that is organized is the front racks and tables, probably for marketing purposes and first impressions. The staff is decent. I've experienced some employees that were sort of argumentative and I was not in the mood so I left those times. My favorite time to shop here is late at night, like right before closing so the clothes are more organized and customers are rarely in your space. read more

This Old Navy has been a staple in my shopping pantry every since it opened. Today marked my last day shopping at this location. I had the worst Old Navy experience ever. That is why I am writing this review. A simple return of an item purchased on line and picked up in the store turned very sour. I followed all instructions emailed and actually had the printed emails as well for back up. Yet the rude clerk, a Spanish woman claimed she could not find it. I pointed out all the information to her ie. my name, email, phone number, etc. I advised that it had been purchased with an on-line gift card issued by this location for an item that I had ordered a few weeks prior that was listed on line but got canceled because they did not have it in stock in the store. In any even, the associate was rude and very condescending. She was presenting a demeanor as if I were trying to return a stolen item. She rudely asked for my ID which I refused. I have every thing I need as listed in the email. She was the worst Old Navy associate that I have encountered. She needs remedial training and they might want to give her an English comprehensive skills test. As I left the store, I thought about how customer service has died a slow and painful death. Now I have been on the receiving end. I will erase this location from my shopping pantry. I spend my money where I am treated as a human being not treated in a dismissive manner. I did not have time to speak with a manager. Then again, why bother? They typically don't care either. This Old Navy is conveniently located in a strip mall with plenty of other shops. I often come here to go to the Trader Joe's. I was here on a weekday around opening time, so it was fairly quiet, but busier as I was about to leave. I saw a variety of employees on the sales floor, but nobody asked if I needed any help. The gentleman that rang up my purchase was friendly though. Some of the items at Old Navy are a bit on the young side for me, but they do have a lot of great staples. I've been a big fan of this chain since they first opened a store in my hometown in the mid 1990s. Old Navy is basically a less expensive version of the Gap. I usually visit the Old Navy in Sawgrass Mills Mall, that one gets a TON of traffic due to the size of the shopping center is located in. It was nice to shop at an Old Navy with less of a crowd. I was most impressed by the clearance section at this particular store. There were racks and racks of great deals. Yes, you do need to have time to pick through the items. In addition to the clearance, there are usually other great sales going on throughout the store. I grabbed a beach cover up for $10! I picked up a couple of pairs of Yoga pants for $11, in my past experience, they usually hold up quite well. This is great one stop shopping for the whole family. read more

When I'm reviewing a place like Old Navy there are only so many things I can review about it since technically they are all the same: inventory, cleanliness, and the customer service. I came in during the holiday rush and I was very surprised to see everything was completely in place. Where were the clothes on the ground, over top of racks and all throughout the dressing area? Nowhere. Everything was tidy and in its place. The store had a wide variety of sizes and styles which was great. Nothing is worse than looking at something you want and not finding your size, but yet seeing every other size there. The girl at the cashier was great. I had to make a return from an online purchase and she was more than happy to help. I went through the line very quickly and was able to continue about my day. I'm a fan of this Old Navy. read more

I like to come to this particular location because of the other stores that are in the plaza. On this visit I came in the late afternoon on a Friday so I was able to avoid any crowds. My main purpose was to make a return, it was quick and simple and the cashier was very efficient. I then proceeded to walk around the store. They currently have 50% off all sweaters (today only) and additional 30% off clearance. I took advantage of the sweater sale because I am taking a trip soon so it worked out perfectly. The sales floor was a bit messy in some sections for not being crowded so it was a little difficult to find certain styles or sizes. She made multiple trips back & forth to bring different styles & sizes. While waiting in line she even brought up a last minute find, but sadly it didn't fit. I normally see no reason to review stores that are chains. After all, most of them are pretty much the same. However every once in a while I come across a chain store that is a little different from the rest. This Old Navy has exceptional service that I just had to write about. Most of the time I do not find the service here exceptional. There is not enough help and I find myself rummaging through the clothes trying to find the sizes that I need Yesterday, there was a big sale and the lines at the register were very long, snaking all around the front. However, I could not really blame the store management. There were at least five or six cashiers working at the front counter and they were all doing the best they could. I give the management props for at least having extra help during holiday time and the sale. Something happened today though that was truly extraordinary. After I got home from shopping yesterday, I realized that several items I had purchased were not in my bag. The receipt was not in my bag either. I realize part of this mistake was on me. I should have checked that all the items were in the bag I also usually put the receipt in my wallet. I was just a little tired and off my game yesterday. I was very upset last night and returned to the store today. I spoke to a sales associate who did not make me wait in the cashier's line and brought me straight to the manager, Jean. I told Jean my sad story. He was very understanding. Jean looked up all the items I had bought on my credit card since I did not have my receipt. He believed every word I said and did not give me a hard time. We reviewed the items that I was missing and he gave them to me at no extra cost. Not only that, Jean also gave me a five dollar gift card for my inconvenience! Good service is so hard to find these days in any store, let alone chains. My sisters and I had a very unfortunate experience at your Davie, FL [Tower Shops] Old Navy store. Your store manager in charge last night was really rude. We used a groupon for our purchase when the cashier marked it as used after she entered the code into the register. but she realized she entered the wrong value for the groupon and called her manager over. The manager, named Jean (sp), glanced at the transaction on the computer and my sister's iphone and said.." it's marked used, we can't help you." So we said we didn't make it as used.. the cashier said she did it. The manager then proceeded to say, oh well.. call groupon. I can't help you. Fortunately for my sister, I knew how to extract voucher numbers even after they are marked used, and got the number for the cashier to run the code again. But the manager never apologized at any point. In fact, she stood there looking at us while the cashier corrected her mistake. As a frequent Old Navy customer, I have never ever seen this. I couldn't believe how she tried to dismiss us without even trying to investigate the actual course of events. Remember when Old Navy used to be inexpensive? While they do have their sales, some of their prices are outrageous for single color, quasi cotton, polyester material. On this occasion, my boyfriend and I were looking for a specific item and hit every store in the plaza. As a last resort we entered Old Navy. As we walked in, I saw a very pretty black and white maxi dress that was very "me". I wasn't in the mood to try on but I figured I would get it and return it, if it did not fit properly. As I went to check for sizes, the giant price tag gleaned at me. $46 bucks... really?!?! I couldn't bring myself to buy anything at Old Navy with that price point. I have designer brands that are less expensive on sale. The other thing I notice about this location is sizing- especially with shorts/pants. If I like an item, they usually don't have my size. They have a ton of size zeroes and a ton of 14 and up but no 8s or in some fits 10s. The average size of an American woman is 14 but apparently she does not shop at Old Navy! I wish they would be more realistic in stocking sizes (at least until I am back to a size 4!) Lastly, the line is always long and they seem a bit understaffed up front but it does move eventually. read more

Toya they had up to 60% off on many items in the store. I am convinced that Old Navy does. It want the curvier women to wear their slacks. They always fit so low in the crotch and of course to fit these hips, I have to go up a size which makes the waist crazy too. Well I was able to grab a pea coat for about $25 so I'm satisfied. The line is usually long but they have. I'm Pete to cashiers who are able to handle it so although I started behind the last barrier, I was still able to go through the line in about 10-15 minutes. This Old Navy is conveniently located in a plaza that I go to often which is probably the only reason why I go into it there's really no difference between this Old Navy in any other Old Navy that you go to.. one thing I will say though is that any time I've been in this Old Navy no one ever greets you or says hello to you or ask if they can help you you will be in the store for your entire time and that one person will ask if they can help you I would say the customer service is pretty bad but they do have a big selection of clothes that's pretty much the only thing that I can say about this store. I do like so the prices they always have something on sale which is not specific to this Old Navy but Old Navy in general. read more
