I have been shopping at this Marshall's location for as long as they have been there. They have…read morebeen through highs, lows and now highs. Before COVID everything was perfect. They had lots of inventory. The cosmetics section, stationery, seasonal and furniture but unfortunately during Covid like everyone else things went downhill. Even when things opened up they did not restock for a long time. I have been a loyal customer because I have never had a bad experience. The store has always been clean, the staff pleasant and helpful, adequate parking and it has a nice layout. Before thanksgiving I walked into Marshalls and I was in heaven. The store was packed. Fall and Christmas spilled all over. Cosmetics and clothing packed!! I was soooo happy. I went straight to the snacks/food section where they have cookies, jams, chocolate, spices, oils from all over the world. The shelves were filled with so much stuff. I had to force myself to not pick up everything I saw and liked. Now that it's close to Christmas I look around my house and 85% of my decorations are from Marshals. A Pinocchio from Italy, an owl from France, Martha Stewart ornaments and covers. I really like shopping at this location. I see staff that has been there for years. It's nice to walk into a store you visit often and see familiar faces. Right now I'm trying really hard to stay away lol but it's only 14th December and I have a lot of time left before Christmas

I bought at Mango many times but never open an account , always paying with my own credit card…read more Few weeks ago I went for the 1st time at Mango at The Falls and bought several items for a business trip. Loved everything but I changed my mind about one shirt and decided to change when I was back. A week later went to the store to change without the receipt, thinking to change for another shirt, and for my surprise after talking to the cashier and leaving the shirt at the cashier and trying other clothes another older blonde lady told me I couldn't change bc I did not had the receipt . The store is always empty and the shirt was perfect with all the labels. Never buying again at Mango at The Falls , their manager or cashier needs to learn to treat customer . The 2 starts I just leave because the young sales people were very nice and polite unfortunately the older blonde lady is the one that needs more training to work in a store. Anyways they lost a good customer .

We had a young gentleman greet us upon arrival, he had long hair but I forgot to catch his name. We mostly scoped out the store on our own. But we saw many sales people working. It felt like a bit much. Coach offers an abundance of options such as handbags, shoes, keychains, backpacks, jewelry, watches, clothes and then some. The options are limitless!!! They had a beautiful snow globe too but it was pricey. Then there was a Coach leather bear that cost an absurd $345!!! I just don't get how someone may need a $345 stuffed leather Coach bear. Someone please explain this to me. Upon browsing the entire store, my daughter kept coming back to the dark red bag with subtle stitching and gold chain accents. I'm not a gold fan but I really loved her final choice. The dark red color is stunning and I love the subtle design. SCORE!!! We checked out and Matthew assisted us with our return and then purchase. Got his name from the receipt. The return was super easy. I showed him our return slip, he rang up the new purse and we just paid the difference. Done and done. Great shopping experience and gorgeous Coach location!

I would've given them more stars in this review if they still carried plus-sizes, but they pulled them from their stores a few years ago. I still stop in every once in a while when I'm down in FL visiting just to see if they've put them back into the store, but no such luck. What you can find here: cheap knock-offs of urban contemporary clothing brands such as Baby Phat, Apple Bottom, Ed Hardy, etc., done in really cheesy ways. I mean, they have absolutely NO shame here about carrying knock offs!!! But, this is why people shop here: trendy-ish clothing for super-cheap, even if it falls apart after one washing. And jewelry that doesn't last long, but does it need to for only $6?! I would say I'm ashamed of myself for ever shopping here, but you know, if they brought back their plus-sizes, I'd come back here in a second! Wow. Shame on me.

She asked me what I was looking for, I told her I was looking for jeans, and she told me where to look. She also mentioned other jean items (shorts etc.) as if she had 2 hours for me to browse if I so desired. Which of course I didn't take advantage of :p When I was at the checkout, I had remembered she mentioned $3 flip-flops and I ran to go check them out really quick. They seemed like they were in NO rush, and happily said it was fine. Wow.. I felt very respected, and quite frankly shocked at the high-quality service I got here!
