I was shopping for a pair of earrings with plenty of time before closing and a representative named Taylor and her co-worker stated the store was closing instead of offering assistance with plenty of time to spare. Taylor proceeded to scurry over to a distant register and proceeded to yell across the store from one department to another department wanting to ring out my one single item I was purchasing. I truly could not believe my ears. I have a time stamped receipt to show I was not past closing time. I have never seen such awful behavior from anyone in the service industry. Both of these employees were extremely rude, immature and unprofessional. Their demeanor and 'mean girl' attitude was ridiculous and absolutely not necessary. I must say, I'm also in the service industry and being a business owner in Denton, I completely understand employees are difficult to find. However, employees such as Taylor and her associate are detrimental to a business and would not last long at my company.
