EVELYN at the cash wrap has a very nasty disposition. Not only did she skip me in the cash lane but also wanted to go back and forth with me in front of other customers. I was standing in line, with no one behind me initially. I'd already been having a bad day. I didn't hear her call me, so she skipped around me. When I noticed the people who just walked up walk past me I walked up to the cash wrap and she said "your gonna have to get back on line because you didn't come". She still hadn't rang anything up for them, could have easily taken me. Instead she chose to be a snotty bitch, making little remarks, talking to me in a condescending manner. I eventually blew up. I worked at this location for a period of time... my experience was very disappointing, toxic, and negatively affected my mental health. One of the managers consistently took extremely long smoke breaks, she was rarely available when needed, and spent most of her time in the office on Facebook, or on her phone talking to her wife.. rather than helping the team on the floor. This made it difficult for employees to get the support we needed during busy shifts. The store manager Kim white also heavily contributes to a very toxic work environment. ( everyone feels this way but nobody will step Up to her) Kim white often shows clear favoritism toward certain employees while treating others extremely unfairly, she would talk about certain employees to other employees, and often got on the store microphone to openly embarrass employees when we had simple questions or concerns, which created tension and and uneasy work environment. Sue, Leanne and kaylan are wonderful managers and deserve more respect than they receive. Many of us regular workers tried to do our jobs well, but the lack of dependable leadership and professionalism made it an unpleasant and stressful place to work. I hope the company takes feedback like this seriously and addresses these issues so that future employees have a more positive experience, but I also think it's important to shed light on toxic work environments and work place mental and verbal abuse, I will also be leaving a review on yelp and I've sense contacted corporate, unfortunately I don't recommend this certain location for anyone looking for future employment. read more

I like shopping here. I come here with a mission, and able to hit my objective all time. The marking gets busy sometimes depending on the day and time, but mostly lots of parking spaces. Sometimes when you walk in you see staff walking around doing their job, and graciously greet you. The men's area is my playground. They got my size from tees, to slim fit shirts, to slim fit joggers, athletic clothing, to casual jeans and jacket. They got 201 different sizes on everything, so they more likely have your size. I like how they normally have great sales and promotion, especially if you are a cardholder. They also give you the infamous cash rewards you can use next time you go. Of course, it's a marketing technique, but if you already love shopping at old navy like me, cash reward is life. The checkout gets busy sometimes, but they got multiple checkout lanes open. I was in Old Navy last week looking for a specific style coat for my son. Unfortunately, the Hooded Parka for boys is a popular coat and sells pretty fast. However, after many visits to the store, I was lucky enough to purchase the coat. The twist to the whole purchase is the coat wasn't on the racks. Nevertheless, a store representative went out of his way to help me find this coat...he went WAY OUT OF HIS WAY to help me find this coat. It is because of this young man's wonderful and respectful attitude (towards my needs) do I write this review. This Old Navy store associate's name is Xavier. What makes this young man a standout to me among other associates at Old Navy, is his relentlessness to help me. Now, to you who may read this review, you may say that it was his job to help me, and (of course) you are right. Nevertheless, there's doing your job, and then there's considering the interest of others greater than that of your own. Thus, this young man pages someone for assistance and then is told they are sold out of the size I need. As a result, Xavier grabs a tall ladder and precedes upward towards a ceiling of coats on the other side of the store. I prayed that the young man did not fall. Moreover, his efforts paid off in dividends for me and my family...Yes! He found the coat in my son's size, blessed me with a store coupon, and, thus; making the entire experience wonderful. It truly was more than I had hoped for or could have asked of anyone. He kept a smile on his face and a heart-felt willingness to help me. Yes...just a mom in search of a (warm) winter coat. I usually come here in the fall to buy school clothes for the kids, winter coats and christmas presents in the winter and some cheap play clothes for the summer. The kids clothing is usually priced pretty nicely. I came here looking for maternity clothes because my booty went from J Lo to Kim K and my belly won't let the front of my shirt stay down. *sigh* The maternity selection here is small. The jeans rarely go on sale but are usually about $30-$35 anyway. I got excited to come because I had supercash and the email that had landed in my inbox this morning said that they had new shorts for spring. Alas, no shorts. I did find some great deals on t-shirts and found a pretty nice tank dress for $32. It's a good place to come for reasonably priced basics. You can sign up for emails and text message deals also. I've been here many occasions, but my last visit left a bitter taste in my mouth. Purchased a few pairs of jeans and the cashier shorted me 10$ in change. I realized it when I got to my car and I went back in. The manager came over and said "Oh, so you want your lil' 10$ back, huh" That was rude and uncalled for. One of the most organized Old Navy stores I have walked into. The first that doesn't look like a tornado hit it. The selection however for kids clothes, especially boys is minimal. They should expand those areas considering this is a Military town with lots of kids!! They also give a 10% off discount for Military from the beginning of every month through the 4th. For regular Old Navy card holders, you get 10% off on the first Tuesday of every month. read more

I am writing this review to give a shout out to Sheila! Recently, I had asked someone to run an errand for me and pick up a featured item which was on sale. I did not realize that they would need my credit card to take advantage of the special pricing. When this became an issue, I sent a photo of my credit card to complete the sale. Even though the person running the errand is a signer on the account, Synchrony Bank (Banana Republic/Gap/Athleta/Old Navy credit card) would not allow the charge to be made on my account. Sheila honored the sale price even though the Old Navy card was not used and allowed the items to be purchased on another credit card. Because she knew I would not get points on my credit card, she included additional store discounts to compensate for the aggravation, inconvenience, and lost points. Additionally, Sheila took the time to write me a personal note apologizing for the hassle encountered in her store. I truly appreciated this personal touch especially since the issues were not with Old Navy but Synchrony Bank. Having worked in the field of Customer Service myself, I know what excellent service looks like. Sheila delivered service above and beyond what was expected. Kudos to you, Sheila. read more
