This store is a joke! I ordered something online and chose store pickup to avoid shipping costs. I…read moreran in to grab it, thinking it would be a fast experience, on my lunch break. I followed the instructions in my e-mail. Right when you walk in they have a one-way maze to check out, a wall for the amazon orders/returns, then stacked shelves with numbers and what appeared to be all pickup orders. After waiting in line to be the next customer to check out, I noticed the self pickup and walked through the maze. The email nor order never indicate what number went with my order. I waited in line for help from the amazon guy, he said I needed to go through the checkout line, I waited in that line again for a teenager to scan and tell me I must pickup the item in the self pickup. Duh! What number am I looking for? She gave me a random number and instead of walking around the maze, I cut through the blocked off amazon area. The manager or whoever the old lady was, then snarled and said something under her breath. I found the number and got my item finally. This quick, convenient process turned into a 20 min ordeal. This is ridiculous. It was very unorganized, unhelpful, and chaotic. Quickly reminded me of why I stopped shopping here altogether.

They are a bit pricey on some things, but nothing unexpectedly expensive. To all my Stillwater folks, give EM a try if you haven't already! Some critiques: It can be a challenge to schedule a journeyman/senior barber on Saturdays. A lot of us are doing the whole 8-5 thing, and Saturday is almost always the best day to get a fresh cut. Not that big of a deal, but I wish it were easier. It was easier in the past (1 year ago and prior). Also, the other day I went in to buy some coffee for myself and my wife, and when I asked for a medium roast... I was told that "we don't believe in that, but we have coffee beans from here, there, etc..." Now, as a black coffee enthusiast, it felt like that comment was a departure from reality. I brushed it off and chose by origin instead of roast... I hope that's not an attempt to fight racism or something. How beans are roasted make a huge difference in taste, how they are brewed, even ground. This incident happened a few weeks ago (March 2023). Some of that is just nitpicking, but I really love going to EM. I also look forward to their expansion!

Redi, the salesman's tended to my needs right away. Helped me pick out some slacks and gave me great recommendations. The slacks also needed a quick alter with a 1 inch hem... totally hooked me up... I shopped, paid, and altered in about 40min total... now that is customer service. Thank you Redi for saving the day. The best customer service I've ever receive and I will continue shopping and Men's Wearhouse. I highly recommend this Men's Wearhouse and Redi. Get treated like a VIP here.
