Came into Men's Wearhouse today with a slight emergency. I flew in from Las Vegas and forgot my slacks at home that I need for Saturday the next day. Redi, the salesman's tended to my needs right away. Helped me pick out some slacks and gave me great recommendations. The slacks also needed a quick alter with a 1 inch hem... totally hooked me up... I shopped, paid, and altered in about 40min total... now that is customer service. Thank you Redi for saving the day. Good place to rent a suit, fairly nice people. They know what they are talking about bout, and they move fast.

Out of state wedding so multiple locations were involved. Needed 6 tuxes, used 5 locations for measurements and one location for pickup. Two locations got measurements completely wrong, down to shoe size. The pickup location adjusted as best as they could. Result, one tux did not match the rest and one person had 4 fittings. Pickup location forgot to recheck the misfitted tux and we received texts saying to return them. Had to speak with management to get that resolved. Great concept poor execution read more

Would love to buy multiple suits but each time I go, no one will help. I try on a suit, wave politely, stand in front of the fitting mirror...nothing. I try to get someone's attention, smile, but they are too busy chatting. Nearly an hour in the store and not even an acknowledgment from the staff. Third time trying at this location and impossible to get help. Heard other customers give up and leave too. I'll take my business elsewhere. A shame because at other locations the staff is excellent. London went ABOVE AND BEYOND.... First let me tell you about my disaster! Yesterday afternoon my Husband who is in Law School at The University of Tulsa got an email that he was accepted for an interview TODAY at the DOJs office working with US attorney. Well recently moving here and due to a new married life old suits did not fit. I had to think fast as it was already 8PM. I saw Mens Wearhouse was open until 9 online. We hopped in the car and drove as fast as we could. Upon arrival, the doors were locked. They were closed with a sign saying new temporary hours, but I happened to see some customers inside still. I waited until the last customer walked out and I squeezed inside the door and came upon two men who I told about the emergency situation and how important this interview was for my Husband. Without turning me away like a crazy person sneaking passed the closed sign, and without hesitating they were happy to help. London-the employee- helped my Husband find the perfect suit. He did not rush as it was after hours, he took his time and made sure to help us with needed alterations and any pieces we might need. I have no words and I am still in awe that this man helped us after hours, and was so kind!! Just no words. I had ordered a suit to rent for a funeral. It was short notice. The suit arrived the day of the viewing. There was a problem with the suit. I bought many suits from Men's Warehouse in California. I changed thoughts as running out of time. The manager stepped in to assist. In the process of trying on new suits a lady appeared and had found a backup rental suit. My two sons and I went to Men's Wearhouse to look for two suits for them. We walked and looked around for about 20 mins. In that 20 mins no employee said hi or asked if we needed help. Their prices are OUTRAGEOUS, even when it's "half off." I call BS on that. There's no way someone ever paid $200 for that pair of pants or $100 for that shirt. Also, they are extremely inept at doing what cannot possibly be a very demanding job. They couldn't find my registry even though I gave them the number and when I came to pick up my vest, they couldn't find that either. I'm not even 100% sure what they ended up giving me is the same thing. Also, why do they have their drinks, snacks, bananas, protein shakes, etc right behind the counter?! I had a terrible experience with this Men's Wearhouse. I end up having to buy a suit from another store 2 days before my wedding because the suit they provided me was terrible. The manager has zero customer service skills, was dismissive of every piece of bad information they gave us. We were constantly lied to about the status of the suits. They genuinely didn't care that they were giving us bad information. It wasn't until I called the customer service line that I found out my suit was there. For last years Night To Shine event I rented my son Joey a tux from Faccianos (sp) and let's just say I wasn't satisfied, but had to make do. This time I rented from Men's Wearhouse (which I have several times in the past), and not only was I very satisfied... but they gave me a Night To Shine discount which ended up costing me 27.00! I was floored at the price! Last year almost a $70-$100, but MW gave me a great deal and treated Joey like a king! My husband and I came here today (8/14/21) to get a dress shirt and tie for my mom's wedding. Daniel S measured my husband for a dress shirt and we said thank you, and that we would just look around for different options because we weren't sure exactly what we wanted. When we went to check out, Daniel checked us out, and asked if we had shopped with them before because we could get a discount, but we hadn't, so we said no. He said "well I guess it's no discount for you then" and then continued to act really rudely, throwing the shirt and tie into the bag with a snotty tone in his voice. I genuinely don't consider myself a sensitive person and will typically let less than pleasant interactions slide. I just don't see how intense attitude is called for when we were literally just trying to give him our money. The shirt and tie are fine, but Daniel S and his 'tude definitely isn't. Good place to go looking for low-mid range name brand suits. The staff was helpful, and seemed versed in their wares, but not particularly knowledgeable about suits in general. Also, unless there is a huge sale they are pretty overpriced. They wanted to sell me a $700 suit with a 30% discount ($490) where I was able to order the same suit on Amazon for $200. read more

UPDATE 27 APR Yesterday I received a call from Men's Warehouse customer service. They apologized for the problems I had on this. They have since contacted the store in question. They have said that the store made several mistakes, taking the easy way by giving the quick "two days before the event" answer in stead of putting in the extra effort to look it up at the time. Men's Warehouse corporate has offered me a $50 gift cards, should I decide to return to Men's Warehouse with my business. Also, I've noticed that Google Chrome has been hitting me with lots of Men's Warehouse advertising since going to their site and making these posts. read more

The people here were so caring and nice they found the perfect suit for him. Additionally they did the alterations and pressing within the same day. Showed up about 10 minutes before they opened was ina hurry to get a jacket to match what I had on for an appointment in 30 min Charlotte measured me, asked me some questions and gave me 2 jackets to try on. We were promptly helped by a very pleasant man named Rene who was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the inventory. Suit rental guy was super incompetent, we practically had to do his job for him. Don't remember what his name was, because the only memory I have of him is that we had to prod him along to do his job like a freakin cow. And to top it all off, I ordered slim fitting pants. SLIM. As in "you can't fit both of your legs in one pant leg". I'm a slender guy, I did NOT get slim fitting pants like the ones I tried on and showed him, instead I get freakin parachute pants that fit over my whole shoe. Oh AND when I went in to pick up my $300 jacket that I bought from them, the guys at the counter were acting real snobby with me. I wonder if working at a clothing store and acting uppity with your customers is how you move up in that business? Beats me, because they'll never see another dime from me EVER again. OVERALL RECOMMENDATION: * Don't use Men's Warehouse for wedding parties. I am hoping that this review can help a future groom. It took a lot of time and effort on my part to fix Men's Warehouse's errors and to get (most of) my groomsmen with the right tuxedo in time for the wedding. The Situation: What happened was that two Men's Warehouse stores ordered my groomsmen the wrong item. Bare in mind, we placed this order 2 months before the wedding. The item listed in the online group was a blue tuxedo, however, the Tulsa and Maryland stores ordered a blue suit. With the holidays coming up, the stores could not reorder the correct item and guarantee it would arrive in time for the wedding. The stores went back and forth, but each saying a different thing, ranging from there was nothing that could be done to promising that we would get it resolved. Realizing that the stores have no real jurisdiction outside their own store, I reached out to corporate. I spent hours on the phone with customer service having to retell the situation over and over again since I was transferred back and forth between departments numerous times. Corporate could not guarantee an expedite for the replacement tuxedos due to a "no-rush order" mandate by their factory overseas. They offered unhelpful alternatives. I pushed for something that would actually help the situation and we left it where we would see if the factory could expedite the tuxes in time, and if they did not reach my groomsmen in time foe the wedding, they would get a full refund. It was the best we could do at the time. The tux eventually got expedited and sent in time, but another thing that was frustrating is that the tux had to be shipped from factory to the store where it was ordered and then shipped to the store nearest the wedding. It couldn't be sent to the store nearest the wedding directly, due to commission reasons. This is the commission, which would be for the very employees who made the mistake in ordering, and put us in this mess to begin with. SUMMARY: THE BAD - Service - Incompetent - messed up orders and repairs - Terrible communication between different stores and with corporate - Bad hemming - I have friends that have had no problems, but I have had 3 botched hem jobs, and a messed up button, so I'm done. - Store managers I have dealt with in MA, OK, and LA, are essentially useless. It feels like there is always just 1 lone employee at each store that knows what he/she is doing and you have to hope your lucky enough to get them. - Prices are steep and only are reasonable with sales and deals. The inconvenience and inconsistency of the company makes buying important things here not worth it THE GOOD - Frequent deals - Perfect fit club gives out rewards - Decent quality of merchandise - I would still purchase small items, such as gloves, sweaters, etc., when on sale. OVERALL - Men's Warehouse may have once been the top dog in its field, but it is now a shell of its former self. - It felt like I had to push Men's Warehouse stores and corporate office to get this resolved. A good company goes above and beyond when they have messed up a customer's order, especially for something as expensive as customer tuxedos. read more

Horrible experience with Men's Warehouse when renting tuxes for our wedding. My husband went into the store several weeks before our wedding hoping to find the tuxes we needed. We found them, but were not prepared for what was coming in the days ahead. They told us that the tuxes would be in on the Monday before the wedding. They did not arrive until Tuesday morning. My husband went in with his best man to try his on and the jacket and shirt were the wrong size. They told him they would order him new pieces and they would be in the next day. The pieces they ordered didn't fit either. They measured him again and had to order one more shirt, only for it not to fit. By this time, it was Wednesday. They had the tailor come out and see what was going on. He told him that he was going to make him a new shirt and that it would be ready by Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. We made sure to verify that the tailor was making him a new shirt - he said yes. My husband called on Wednesday evening to ask about the status of his shirt, hoping that he could pick it up. A man answered the phone, but was an unfamiliar voice. My husband tells him what was going on and he looks in the computer for a status update. He can't find the order and tells my husband that he already picked the tux up. Well, he hadn't picked it up... So he tells the associate that it is probably back in tailoring and has him go look back there. The man returns and says that the tailor left early and it was going to take extra time. He said that he would finish it on Thursday morning and someone would call us by 5:00 pm to pick it up that evening. So we wait. So Thursday rolls around and no one calls. No one has called on time at any time this week. So I call and ask them what is going on with the shirt. A woman answers the phone. She says she has no idea about the order, so she goes in the back to check. As she gets back on the phone, she tells me that the shirt STILL isn't done and it wouldn't be done until early Friday afternoon. She says that they will call us back on Friday around 1:00 pm to come pick it up. No one calls. In fact, no one calls at all. By 5:30 pm on Friday night, I had to call the store back (again) and ask them what is going on. The woman answers the phone again. She tells me that the tailor is -almost- done with the shirt and that it will be ready by dark. I told her that was unacceptable and that it was supposed to be ready two days ago, so she asks if we can be there by 6:30 pm to pick it up. I re-verify that the tailor is making a new shirt - she says yes. She said he still had to do the hems in the pant legs and jacket sleeves, so there was still a lot to do. Why the hems weren't done before this time, I don't know. So we get to the store. No one greets us. The other associates in the store barely make eye contact with us. The original guy that took my husband's measurements is there for the fitting. He brings the tux out and hangs it on the door. My husband tries it on and almost starts crying in the dressing room. The shirt isn't a new shirt at all! The tailor simply sewed the bottom of another shirt onto the bottom of this shirt because the original one was too long. The edges weren't even the same length! One shirt tail was three inches longer than the other one!! For the shirt to take that length of time and have that quality of work, someone didn't put enough care into what they were doing. As he's trying the tux on, he asks me to look at the dress shoes in the bag and make sure they were polished. Evidently he had requested that a gigantic and very deep scratch be buffed out or for a different pair, but they never ordered one. The associate who was helping us that night was the same guy from before, and his comment to my husband was "Don't worry. I can buff anything out." So I take the shoes to him and remind him that they need to be buffed. He takes them to the back and then comes right back up. He says the scratch is too deep and he needs to swap them out for another pair (-.-). So he goes to get a different pair, but doesn't have another pair in stock in my husband's size. At this point I'm furious. So we decide that it is as good as it's going to get since we're getting married the next morning and take the tux home. We had no other choice. If we hadn't, he would've been without a tux. They didn't even steam the items that were right before they gave it to us. When he tried the tux on the next morning, we noticed that you could see all of the stitching where the hems were done. The stitches were visible from the back of the venue! They didn't even make it through the ceremony. All of the hems broke... All in all, a very bad experience and I will never recommend them to anyone. They had poor customer service and lacked the care that is promised by the company for its patrons. Very disappointing. Went in and purchased a suit. Paid 100.00 dollars for alterations. I had a very tight schedule and was able to pick it up the night before I left the next morning. Tried on the jacket and felt like I was wearing a jacket 2 times my size. I had to spend the whole morning rushing over there to wait 1.5 hours on a alteration. This left me to the last possible second to leave for our Christmas party I bought the suit for. Also had to have a button put on as it was missing when I picked up. I was in need of a suit and shirt/tie, and in a hurry! As soon as I got there Charlotte took my measurements and picked out several great options in my price range. Within minutes we were picking out a shirt and tie combo, and ready to check out. But the best part was she had the pants hemmed, shirt pressed, and all the tags off by the time we finished checking out!!
