This is a really nice Old Navy store. The employees are kind, they are always well stocked, and the store, bathrooms, and fitting rooms are clean. The clearance areas are a little chaotic but they do always have a lot of sales and clearance too. Also you can stack sales with military discount and/or online coupons on oldnavy.com so always check before you pay! I also like the area in Rogers near the mall and that this shopping center also has a TjMaxx, DSW Shoes, and Hobby Lobby. read more

Old Navy usually provides a few of my yearly staples. Today, I've had the 2nd bad experience in a local Old Navy. Specifically, Rogers, AR. I went in for some of their dress leggings. To my delight, they were on a table labeled 50% Off! I picked out four pair, then proceeded to spend another 45 minutes coordinating outfits to go with them. Fast forward to the cashier stand. They do not ring up on sale. Price check says they are not on sale, though they are on a table that does not specify what is 50% off...all of them, not just a few. I left without purchasing anything. I called Old Navy Customer Relations, who proceeded to make all kinds of excuses, including "sometimes there is small font that says what is on sale". REALLY? Now I'm just insulted. With no help there, I thanked him for his time and hung up. I am half tempted to go back to the store in a couple of hours to see if they've moved the leggings or taken down the sale sign. read more

I want to give old navy more stars because I think it's huge they have bigger sizes in stores. I was so excited to go in and actually be able to buy something. I got two pairs of jeans,a flannel, and a belt. First of all the sign in the window of the store says 50% off whole store(it wasn't). Second my boyfriend was also excited for the men's section selection of sizes but quickly came back and said this store only carried up to size xl in men's??? Why???? The women's carried up to size 4x as it should. Thirdly I thought my total seemed high at $150 but forgot to look at the receipt until I got home. I found out they didn't take off the ink tag of one of my pair of jeans and also charged me for 3 pairs. I had to drive back over an hour away to get a refund and get the tag taken off my jeans. I'm a fan of Old Navy. I don't wear a ton of their clothes, but I do love their workout clothes. They have a great selection and they are awesome prices! Their clothes overall are good quality and good prices. Every time I have come in this location it has been clean, organized and I have been given great customer service. The dressing rooms have been clean too! Great place for clothes and accessories! They have women, men and children's clothing. I have found a lot of cute clothes for my daughters here! read more

I enjoyed my cashier, she was friendly and professional, management needs work. I asked my cashier if the sandals I was purchasing were on sale, I was in a hurry and didn't have time to read signage but I saw one on an end cap of 20% off shoes. I apologized to my cashier when the manager left to check because it may have just been the sneakers that were on the end cap. When the manager was returning back up to the register, I turned to see if she nodded or shook her head and right when I looked over she was rolling her eyes. This has turned me off from shopping in store. I did not ask you to check the signage but you did because it is your job to. It's also your job to provide a pleasant shopping experience for your customers. Management should be setting an example to their staff, if you're going to be unpleasant, it's likely your staff will gain your bad habits. You are setting your store up for failure. read more
