I believe the organization may sustain its greatest revenue by trying to get rid of items at a decent price versus asking higher dollar and on a select items. They completely over hire, making your possibility of hours nearly impossible, and there's so many people working you can't even begin to know your coworkers because there's a new person there every time. The managers are awful and completely rude and inconsiderate to anything but themselves and one really smelled like onions. I had state volleyball coming up, which you can't plan for because you don't know you if you go until you win. I had to work a couple of shifts the week of the tournament and I let them know I could not make it. Instead of being considerate and working with my schedule they told me I had a prior commitment and had to show up for my shifts, now why was it so important that I showed up instead or getting your other millions of unnecessary workers to help out? They then continued to tell me that if I didn't show up to never bother showing up again and I did just that because I hated that place. After my week of volleyball, they continued to call and harass me AFTER telling me to never bother showing up for a shift again. I eventually removed myself from the workers facebook page, blocked their number and email page and moved on with my life to find the best job I ever had afterwards. If you're planning on working here, DO NOT!!! Also, throughout my shifts they would send me the schedules via email and they were always wrong. I would get yelled at and scolded for not showing up to a shift that wasn't on the shift they would send me, they never would own up to their mistakes.
