The manikins on the display windows always lure me into the store - with all those sparkly, glittery jewels and gemstones :D Almost graduation / prom season, I'd say this is a GREAT place to find your perfect dress. Even dresses for bridesmaids, or even an evening gown for a special occasion, Norma Reed can offer the same style in MANY, MANY different colours *claps claps claps* XD The store also offers accessories from earrings to necklaces, clutches to shawls of every colour ;) I was there today randomly browsing (yes, the manikins lured me in alright lol.) and I ended up making a few purchases. BTW, most of the dresses are on sale, and they have styles you don't usually find out there. Love, love, love the unique, one-of-a-kinds! They also kindly offer alternations for $30. Some of the dresses can be a bit over the top (too blingy for me!) But hey, everyone has different taste. Just take some time, try them on, and listen to helpful advises from the staff :) The staff can be a bit chit-chatty among themselves (minus 1 star), but at least it gives you some alone time to figure out what you want, rather than being right behind your back all the time! Paid up front and was told that the dress would arrive on May 20th. Her graduation is June 1st. Called beginning of May to confirm the order and was told that the dress would be ready for pick up May 18th. Called May 21st to arrange pick up as the location is a 2hr drive away. Dress was not ready. Between the 21st and the 25th calls were made and still no confirmation of delivery. Finally May 25th after my daughter was put on hold for over and hour with no response, I called told the associate not to put me on hold but I needed a date for the pick up of the dress as time was running out for alterations. She confirmed it would be in store on the 26th after 4pm. Alterations could be done on site same day. We made the 2hr drive only to be told that it was not there. No call notification nothing bit a waste of time. I will never recommend this store and will actively advise against anyone using this store for purchases. We are now left with a few days to find a graduation dress. Absolutely disgusted with the service and communication

I waited the standard 10 business days to be notified when my order was ready for pickup. It never came and I had several really long conversations with customer service trying to find out what my order status was. Every time I got excuses about the shipping delays and how COVID-19 was the cause. While I understand slight delays (i.e. a few extra days), entire weeks and months are not acceptable. Finally, customer service responded and said they had lost my order and processed the refund of my payment. I was so dumbfounded that a well-known retail store can't even coordinate delivery of small packages. I never expected this company's logistics process to be so incompetent. While the refund is appreciated, it is the responsibility of the retailer to keep their customers informed about lost orders and not wait for the customer to initiate contact then slam them with this incompetence. If I'd never reached out, I'm sure they wouldn't have bothered to contact me. They didn't even offer any other perks, discounts, or offer to reorder the item in question free of charge and ship it directly to my home address, also free of charge (it's the least they could have done). I will not buy from Suzy Shier again nor will I recommend this store to any of my friends and family.

Its home to my favourite camera store, Aden Camera, where I purchase most of my hardware. They also have great tasting food from several outlets and stalls. A couple friends and I decided to do a food challenge to see what we could each get for CDN$20. We met the challenge and enjoyed some great tasting food. Our preferred vendors included QQ Noodle King, Go Curry, Chloe's Convenience, Hi Anna's Basket, Shark's Fin City, and Prairie Lamb Kabob. This mall has something for everyone. Check them out!
