The individual on the phone and the supervisor refused to tell me of any type of policy that I had broken. I looked up the policies and I in compliance . They are just keeping my Kohl's cash . I am mid 30's and brought in brands like Ann Taylor, Loft, etc. I was told they are only looking for specific, more younger brands. The staff are friendly but are all very young. Every time I've been in the store, it is all older ladies in there, my teenager doesn't shop there. Just feel like they need to be buying / selling brands for people 30+ but they seem to be trying to appeal more to the teen market.
