Great food but the hour and a half wait for food was a bit much but understandable. Best Philly around.

The Bridge Bistro & Brews: Cool Vibe, Friendly Service, Hit-or-Miss Eats…read more The Bridge Bistro & Brews delivers a great atmosphere and top-tier hospitality, even if the kitchen hits a few minor speedbumps. Stopped in for lunch and tried the French Dip on Ciabatta with a side of Poutine. The sandwich itself was solid and enjoyable. The poutine featured crisp, well-cooked fries, but the execution fell slightly short--the cheese curds lacked that ideal melty stretch, and the gravy leaned a bit heavy on the salt. Across the table, the Pulled Pork Nachos were visually impressive and generously portioned, though the cheese sauce ultimately needed a bit more punch and flavor to back up the presentation. Despite a few culinary tweaks needed, the space itself has a fantastic, energetic cool factor, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming. The Verdict: A solid, decent lunch spot with great energy. Worth a visit for the atmosphere and service, even if the comfort food menu has a little room to improve.

I have lived in Las Vegas for 11 years and so coming home is a reality check and a stark contrast to my life there - especially when it comes to Shopping and food options (I will forever be a small-town Umatilla girl at heart) My experience at The Bridge tonight was a WOW!!! surprise. I ordered the vegetarian pizza on cauliflower crust, a huckleberry wheat beer and a blackberry lemonade margarita - THIS PLACE IS LEGIT! I loved the decor and ambiance. My server Kim was AMAZING. This will be my go to place on future visits home. Excited to be here for live music.

Pretty deep menu and sizable wine and specialty cocktail list. I had osso buco and my wife had duck breast. Both were fabulous, paired with a bottle of Carmenere from Sno Road Winery, a local winery in Echo. Service was outstanding; timely without being overbearing. This very likely is the best fine dining restaurant in Pendleton; make sure you stop in!

I had the clam chowder, Caesars salad, and one of the specials, which was a boneless New York steak sourced locally , ordered medium rare. Oh, lets not forget the dirty Martini I ordered off the cuff, neglecting to read their cocktail menu, an oversight I later regretted. This was all very enjoyable: the in-house Caesars dressing practically a food group on its own with the proper amount of garlic, and the clam chowder so deliciously creamy it could give Seattle chowder a run for its money. The steak, at perfect temperature, was very juicy and tasty indeed. I regretted not studying their cocktail list before ordering my go-to Martini. It is extremely sophisticated; I have never seen its equal; and I would have loved to try one or two of these cocktails had I not reached my limits that evening. I loved the decor, an old school set back into the old west, and the dim atmosphere. Service was very attentive and top notch. When in Pendleton, do yourself a favor and spend some time at Virgil's; I don't think you will regret it.

The place gets 4 stars for ambiance and effort, actually it's Tri-Cities so let's start with 5…read morestars. First 1 star deduction: Being LIED at the entrance. Okay we were 12 guys and 2 girls (all of us coworkers from a multi national engineering and construction company) and we could easily see thru the windows inside that the place was completely empty. One of our party ask why a 5 dollars cover charge if the place was empty? And the bouncer said that we were looking into the private lounge and that the dance floor was packed. IF BY PACK HE WAS REFERRING TO THE OTHER 8 PERSONS WE SHARED THE WHOLE LOCAL FOR THE NEXT 2 HOUS THEN HE DIDN'T LIED AT ALL. Second star deducted: The DJ and it's constant yelling. DUDE I could tell your "peak" in life was 2003 -2004, by the selection of music you were playing (mostly Lil John, Pitbull, Nelly and Paul Van Dyk sets - Hey! There's nothing wrong with that since those were my wonder years in college) but your constant yelling on the microphone trying to pump the 20 of us there, was completely pathetic. YES!!! IT'S SATURDAY NIGHT AND WE ARE AT CRAVE...WHOP IT DO!!! YOU DON'T HAVE TO REMIND ME EVERY 10 MINUTES ABOUT IT!!! Third Star deducted: The guy in khaki cargo shorts and Rebook. WTF with a dress code ? You market yourself as a dance club/ultra lounge and suddenly I'm ordering a drink at the bar next to a guy in a t-shirt and cargo shorts and Rebooks while I'm wearing my best dress shirt and pants from J Crew/Zara ? Fourth and final star deducted:The Glass Shot Glass and the less of a shot of alcohol that you can't take away from the bar Debacle. You are going to pour my Scotch on a 2 ounce shot glass with so much ice it looks like a Scotch Slurpee and then when I tried to stand next to my friends a bouncer is going to yell at my face like a drill sergeant because I crossed an empty dance floor with a non-plastic cup. CHILL MAN!!! There's only 20 of us here and anyways the price I paid for a Johnnie Walker is about the same as a Macallan 20 years in Vegas... SO I'M NOT GOING TO DROP IT ! SO MUCH POTENTIAL FOR THIS PLACE... BUT IT'S A SHAME MANAGEMENT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PROMOTE IT!

Not to mention, I made a joke on their Facebook page about their drinks being weak and they deleted all my comments and blocked me. What sort of business doesn't allow negative comments on their Facebook page? Seems childish and unprofessional to me.
