My computer was having a problem with the Power Drive resulting in it not powering on even when connected to the power cord. I gave these people a call and explained the problem. They were able to talk it through with me VERY thoroughly and access what the problem was. I was told they were sending their tech support guy to Best Buy to get a new Power Drive before heading to me to further assist me. About 30 minutes before the agent's arrival, he called me to tell me he was 30 minutes away giving me time to make sure I was home. About 1 hour and 30 minutes after the call, the tech support guy shows up. He was very friendly and very focused. Serious, my house is loaded with Cool stuff but he stayed 100% focused on the job at hand with NO distractions. The agent was able to disassemble my PC tower to run a test on the Power Drive to see if it worked. It didn't. He managed to put a new power drive in and then tested it with my computer. It worked. He then after reassembling it, connected it to a monitor via HDMI cable to see if it worked. It booted into Windows. The Tech Support guy in great detail explained the process of how everything worked. Such great detail that even I could understand it. He was also able to explain a few PC related things I wasn't sure of. The price of all of the above being done was quite reasonable. They delivered same day service with excellent customer service! I cannot recommend this place enough! You can have your devices repaired in the comfort of your own home!

I had printed my labels and since the boxes were already in the car, they were big. I figured I could label them when I got there. Well of course the lady was very rude and was obviously upset that we weren't using her services and they were returned and refused to let us use the tape that was sitting right there to put our labels on. Luckily we had a tape dispenser in our car which we did put the labels on. Her whole demeanor and tone was very nerve-wracking and upsetting. We were going to eat in town but after this horrible experience I really don't even feel like going back. I pray that she can get rid of the Stony heart. Also, it looks like a nice shop and I am usually a big buyer. I would have loved to have bought one of the beautiful cutting boards that I saw there, but I swear I will never walk into that store again.
