We communicated back and forth throughout the process and he was able to build my computer in just two days, which included moving parts over from another case and building the rest of it from scratch with a new case. The result was a 70 lb titan of a gaming PC, which he allowed me to use his dolly to move, and I'm using it now with 0 issues and exceptional performance. I'm pretty much a Neanderthal when it comes to computers and any accessories related to the functioning of technical equipment. If something goes wrong with my laptop, printer or some other gadget that we can't live without today, I'm loathe to take it somewhere to get it fixed. Places like Best Buy or other repair shops are worse than car mechanics when it comes to price gouging, let alone actually fixing the issue. Chris actually explains to me what is wrong with my laptop or printer or whatever and how he is going to fix it. Even if I'm too dense understand, he won't take that for granted. Once, my laptop's screen went completely blank, I couldn't afford to buy a new one at the time. He got the replacement part & got it working again for about $50. Another time, I was too simple to get my wireless printer to print. Okay, I had never been able to get it to print without connecting the cable directly to my computer. I called Chris and he was able to solve the problem remotely, that night. If I ever have another issue, I would definitely use Miltronics again.

But will not fix it keep saying it is a Samsung issue. THIS IS BS because it is a uBreakifix issue. The customer gets screwed. Would not use this company to fix a pile of rubbing dog crap.
