I wanted to support my friend's preferred company but it even seems that booking 2 hours ahead isn't enough notice for this company to arrive on time. I had called the company when my cab was late for the third time and when I asked where my cab was and when it was coming, they simply cancelled my cab instead of trying to do the right thing. The dispatcher was extremely rude and vindictive on the phone. Woodstock Taxi, Kendall cab and old thyme seem to have better dispatchers as their taxi's arrive when they say their taxi's will arrive. I understand that a cab company can't always pick somebody up in 10 minutes but at least these companies inform me ahead of time if my cab is possibly going to be late
