I've always been picky about stylists cutting off too much, but she truly listened to what I wanted and trimmed my hair, adding in a couple of layers. She gave me what I asked for initially with the first color, but I pressed her due to my tight schedule and I didn't have time to put in more blonde (to which she gave me her card and encouraged me to come back to do so). Usually I feel awkward or bad asking, but she made me feel comfortable the second I walked in the door. So the same day I called her back and she was more than happy to add in more blonde for me. I'm so in love with my hair, it looks naturally sunkissed and is exactly what I wanted. Definitely coming back!

I was also trusting she was NOT really doing what i thought she was doing which was building the french with white acrylic. I was praying she'd do gel to fix it or something but holy crap. and they are SO uneven. bumps and lumps and rough spots. she also filed after she put the top coat so there's parts that are not protected now and she put oil on my cuticles while there was filing debris all over my fingers.
