I went in for a cut and color, but a different type of color than I normally get at home. I sat with Zoe after being ten minutes late as of course, I got lost! Zoe spent time with me to see what I wanted and she heard me!! I haven't had such a wonderful experience in a chair since I was a hairdresser. She was attentive but not intrusive. Funny, intelligent, sweet but most of all she made me feel welcomed. Her spiritual side came through to me which was even more relaxing. I love my new "do"!! Its exactly what I was looking for!
