Just the best! As good as it gets. I am relatively new to the area and have been looking for a really competent barber. I found it!!

My husband and older son came in as walk‑ins. When they arrived, none of the four barbers on duty…read moreacknowledged them--no greeting, no "we'll be right with you." They sat and waited while all four barbers (three men and one woman) were working on clients, and one barber even had someone already waiting. I stopped in a few minutes later during my work break. By then, they had been waiting about 15 minutes. The female barber finished with her client, but instead of taking the next person, she and her client stood at her station talking for another 10 minutes. When he finally left, she still didn't say a word to us and then walked into the back room. At that point, another gentleman came from the back, greeted us, and asked if we had been helped. I explained that we hadn't even been acknowledged. He apologized, and my son sat down with him. After I showed him a photo of the haircut my son wanted, he told us he wasn't great with that style and that the female barber--who had ignored us--was better at it. When I asked how long it might be, he said she had just gone on break and would be about 10 more minutes. We were willing to wait, but we could overhear her tone while she was discussing the haircut with the barber who had recommended her. We couldn't make out what she said, but the tone came across as irritated or complaining. At that point, we no longer felt welcome. Overall, the customer service was disappointing. It's unfortunate, because it seems like they're skilled barbers--but the way we were treated made us choose to leave.

Great service and consistintly a great cut. Also a very clean place…read more Highly recommend. .

I was the only customer there, and barber was overly in a rush. Top of my head is and inch longer…read morethan the front, which is uneven. Chopped a sideburn one inch shorter than the other side, then left it and insisted she only cut at the length it was. Terrible place for men's cuts.

I've been going to this barbershop since I moved down here in 2016. They gave me and my two kids…read moreall of our haircuts for over 3 years. I even got my father-in-law to stop going to hair cuttery in favor of this place. That ends today. Last week I brought my oldest son after school to get a desperately needed haircut before a doctors appointment. We walked in the door and the only one in the joint was JOHN (the bald guy from Louisiana mentioned in another review). No other staff or customers. We were not acknowledged when we walked in but I could see JOHN was fiddling around with the radio so my son and I waited in silence for JOHN to finish up whatever he was doing. After about a full minute of awkward silence (with JOHN not even turning his head to look in our direction) I said "Hi JOHN" to get his attention. No response. Then I said "hey, I'm in a bit of a hurry. I've got an appointment at 5:00." JOHN, still without turning to face us, said "And how does that concern me?!" It was said with an edge. I figured I caught him in a terrible mood and clearly he didn't want the business so my son & I walked out. Today, there was no rush. I took my son back to the barbershop in order to give JOHN a second chance. You've heard my side. JOHN, I'm sure, thinks differently. In an attempt to salvage any sort of working relationship (because that's what this is - I pay him for a service) I apologized for inadvertently offending him when I told him I was in a hurry. JOHN then gave me a tepid apology. Followed by personal insults. JOHN has been cutting my family's hair for 3 years! He's watched my kids grow up. I always tipped him well too. Finally, I gave up. I'll find another barbershop to take my family to. JOHN's haircuts weren't great anyway. Not terrible but definitely not worth dealing with this BS.
