I first dealt with Old Town Computers when it was located in Helena but now that he is here in Lolo I won't go anywhere else. Joe is an older Sicilian man and he comes from a different place and time. He doesn't hit you with techno verbiage nor does he try to sell you anything. 3 days ago my 4 year old laptop went black, nothing, no power. I had a panic attack. I had gone to the same place I've been going to since I didn't know Old Town had relocated here. That guy said the machine was beyond fixing and that I'd probably lost all my data. I was pretty disgusted. I started looking around and I found Old Town was here. I immediately went there and let's just say I was not disappointed. It was $200.00 and ready the next day. Joe gave me the reasons and explained a few things but the bottom line is that he had me up and running without delay. He also told me to purchase an external hard drive from Walmart to back my data up more securely. Honesty and getting the job done the first time, that's what I pay for and expect. read more

I first met Joe in October when my all in one computer quit. It was not repairable. I did get a rebuilt system from Joe for a whole lot less than anywhere else. And at no further cost he put my old hard drive into the new system. It is such an amazing computer. I then took a friend there and he also got 5 star service and a great bargain. My daughter stopped in there before Christmas and purchased two computers for her children for Christmas for a lot less than just one would cost. And last Friday a friend of mine dropped of a sick laptop. Within a few hours Joe had it up and going and it is better than new. You can't go wrong here. Joe Nemie of Old Town Computers is one of a kind. I wished all businesses treated customers as professionally as Joe does. I've been to Joe twice, and each time he fixed my impossible repair in less than a day. Joe is professional, knowledgeable, and his prices are fair. Even if his price was considered too high, I would still go to Joe because at least I know it would be repaired properly. Joe told me that in a few years he'll be moving to Missoula to be near his son that will be going for his Ph.D. It will be a sad day for Helena, and a bright new beginning for Missoula. I took my broken Dell laptop here to Olde Town Joe . He was very experienced and gave me honest advice. I decided to buy a new laptop online and brought it to him to retrieve and wipe my info off my old computer and put it onto my new laptop. He was fast, professional and very reasonably priced. I will go to him again in the future. Just call before you go. He also has a lot of great deals on refurbished computers... They sell fast! I had a computer that contained two hard drives and the computer went down. I took it to another repair facility and the problem was a bad mother board. They where only able to extract data from one hard drive as the other one was too old and they did not have the technology to get the data off the 2nd drive. I took it to Joe at OLD TOWN. He was able to get the data off the 2nd Hard Drive. and he also sold me a used reconditioned tower at a very good price. Service was prompt and pricing was more than fair. read more

I purchased my dell laptop the later part of 2017 joe is really awsome at what he dose and a real professional buisnessman,Ive never been that quite computer savvy but being able to read people I new that he was looking out for my best interest and not just trying to "just make a sale" top all that provided me with the information for daily maintenance.
