For a store that focuses on ONE card game, you'd think that they'd at least have a handle on the concept of it. Realistically, you're guaranteed a better atmosphere, a better community, and better prices at any other game shop in the area: Active Imagination, Twin Suns...hell, even Walmart gives these clowns a run for their money.

Wanted me to produce the last four of the credit card used. We had to drag one of our teachers out of a class to get what we had paid for out of him. I lost 20 minutes of my life waiting and he never apologized, in fact he called me rude for simply getting impatient. I missed a doctor's appointment on what should have been a quick in and out.
