google is more updated contacted jason directly through via email. i demanded that he would be the one to fix this shitty work. i am not going to give the name of the artist that did these, out of respect. although when you walk in the door of the shop, look left. there will be a sign that states we will gladly fix another companies tattoos mistakes. so he never responded to me, go figure. another tattoo shop laughed at this work. they tried getting me to have them fix it and then mail the bill directly to your super hero goose aka jason. they wanted it all up front though. sad thing is, each tattoo i had paid off before i even walked in the shop via facebook pay. so i am sure they were rush jobs because he was already paid. people look at the work in the pictures and seriously take it into consideration before going to this crook. 3 more tattoos from them look like shit too. these are just the worst. i hate to leave bad reviews but i will not be walked on and had no intentions on responding. it has been over two weeks. update: owner (jayson clayton) aka goose refuses to fix this terrible work. look through the pictures to see the response i received. it is asham too, one tattoo was supposed to be special for my son. it looks like someone messed up putting on there vending machince tattoo though. legal fees will be expensive but from the literature ive read they will be paid back along with the expence of the repair work. i will keep you people posted so you know the real laws of bad artist work. irs returns could not come at at better time! and jim from holeybody! you do great work! thank you for everything you have pierced on me. congrats on the new shop! i can not wait to check it out. read more

My very first piercing was ten years ago here. I had my first tattoo here, as well as another more complicated piercing. They started my piercing/tattoo addiction! They have NEVER let me down and have always been professional. Jim is the main piercer. He made me feel really at ease, & calmed my nerves completely when I had the more complicated piercing done. I've also had quite a few friends go here for piercings and tattoos, and they all loved going here too. Horrible customer service. Once they get your money for the piercings, tattoo etc then forget about any assistance after that! I brought my daughter in to get a piercing they put in changed out and after picking out what she wanted, we were asked to take a seat so he could assist 2 girls that were getting piercings and pick out their jewelry. 41 mins later ..... I can't speak to the tattoos, but this is THE place to go in the Tri-Cities for a piercing. James is the main piercer and he has years of experience. He keeps up on the latest news about piercing safety and takes his job very seriously, and I trust him more than anyone else in this field. He's done several of my own piercings and when my child wanted a piercing, I insisted on taking him to James instead of going the piercing-gun-at-the-mall route. Honestly I drive about 20 miles to go here even though other places are much closer. James may look a little intimidating because he has multiple facial piercings, but he's an incredibly nice guy and really knows what he's doing. The shop is immaculate, you're always greeted promptly and treated with kindness and respect (not like other shops where you feel awkward and get ignored). I'm reviewing solely upon my experiences with the piercers. I have had nothing but excellent, well above-average encounters with both Jim and Zoe. They are by far the most knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, non-intimidating, and skillful piercers I've yet to be poked by. I've been going there for over 4 years and I've loved all my piercings! The jewelry options are endless! They'll even change your ends for you and downsize bars at very minimal cost when you've healed a bit. I have gotten piercings by Jim and was happy with those, but let me warn you, Dont get a tattoo from PJ. I had an appointment and was going to get my daughters name and a flower. I got there on time and had to wait an hour for him, then he told me he only had time for the name, not the flower. Whats the point in making and appointment if your only gonna do half. I have no tattoos, so I can't speak on that service, but I will say that if you want to get pierced in the Tri-Cities, go to Jim at Old Town. He keeps it light with humor if you're nervous and really knows what he's doing. He explains aftercare so well and if you have any issues with your piercing, he encourages you to come in and see him again. That's true professionalism and customer service. 5 stars are deserved. read more

I had posted a bad rating of MY experience. Which the entire time I was getting the tattoo the artist seemed annoyed (I'm not going to name names because I don't want them to be frowned upon), but they might of just been having a bad day. I did not have a good experience myself, because the tattoo I had gotten had to be redone shortly after I got it and as I said the artist seemed to be annoyed the entire time. Anyway, I posted my rating a few years later because it's not something that I go out of my way to do. Someone happened to mention them to me again and so I posted a review of my rating not thinking anything of it other than rating my experience. Then I got accused of having motives behind posting my rating. Excuse me? Last time I checked I was a customer of your shop, not someone out to get you. I came to the shop because I thought that I would get an excellent piece of art done, not a rushed job because someone didn't feel like dealing with me that day. I still admire the work that they do there because it's amazing, but I will not be back after being bullied like that. It was very unprofessional and I never received so much as an apology. I thought better of the rest of the shop besides the one artist, but now I'm not so sure. Everyone has there own opinion though, so don't let my experience ruin yours. They have amazing artists at this shop and obviously are doing great things, you can tell just by scrolling through any of their albums. I guess I was just the lucky one to get the short end of the stick. read more
