I had a tree come down on our roof during a windstorm today. Even though the office was closed (Saturday), Ben texted me back shortly, made arrangements, had one of his crew (Andre), stop by and evaluate the situation. Despite the bitter cold and wind, Andre rounded up a crew and equipment, were here to remove the tree within an hour, and finished shortly after and secured a tarp over the hole in the roof, . I originally received quotes from several companies in the area. They were all in line with each other when it came to price except one from Front Royal, VA which was extremely high. This company was outstanding from beginning to end. The gentleman who came to provide a quote took his time evaluating the trees amd explaining the different options. I originally was going to remove all the trees but he provided insight into various options. I didnt end up getting all trees removed. I just had two trees removed and others pruned in my backyard.
