Old West Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning and sealing the grout/tile in a home I just bought. I was in the midst of major remodeling when I realized this job should be done before I moved in furniture and my many boxes of books -- Shane was sympathetic to my time line and Old West Cleaning was here in only 3 days. The house had not been kept clean and I had already mopped and mopped the tile, but there was so much embedded grime, especially in the grout line. It is such a relief to feel I can actually walk on this tile in bare feet. I'd done research, but still crossed my fingers that both the quote and their work would measure up to the reviews posted. I have only had my carpets professionally cleaned one time before. It was a disaster. I went back to cleaning my own carpets for a few years. Well, we had a dog potty party in one of the back bedrooms and I knew my machine wouldn't be able to handle it. Anthony came to my home and was incredible at dealing with cats and dogs. Then went right to work. A half hour later, he had transformed that room. Were there one or two stains still slightly showing? Yes. Did I expect my poor carpet to look new? Not a chance. And, Anthony told me this might happen. I couldn't believe the fee charged for the service.... I am throwing my carpet cleaner out! My daughter got the flu and puked on her bedroom carpet in our brand new house. No matter what we tried (from carpet cleaning with our carpet cleaner to sprinkling baking soda, you name it, we tried it (within common sense)) the smell was horrible (mac-n-cheese/milk) the SMELL OMG!!! Old West Cleaning were able to come out ASAP and cleaned our carpet up stairs. Very affordable. They did A WONDERFUL JOB!!! They were clean looking, organized, kept our house in great shape (i.e. hose traveling through house, up stairs, on carpet), very polite, respectful, professional, friendly. I bought a house built in 2002 with cream colored carpeting in all the bedrooms and the living room(!). I also had an old dog who became incontinent, so you can imagine... I had the carpets cleaned by another company but within a few months, the old stains returned. I had heard good things about Old West and decided to use them to clean the carpets and the tile floors, also resealing the grout. Rusty and Anthony came right on time on 2 different days and were very polite, respectful and friendly. They explained how the cleaning worked and how to clean the carpets and tile floors in the future, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I still can't believe the difference in my floors. Old West Cleaning was my first carpet cleaning company for my 1.5 year old carpet. Old West was very good at emailing and texting information, communication was precise and timely. The first phone call to Shane was very informative. The carpet cleaner, Rusty, arrived on time and was very efficient. To clean about a 1000 sq. ft. of carpet took about 1.5 hours. The carpet surface dried in about 6 hours and was completely dry the next morning (it was a warm Arizona day!). There were two pet stains that were completely removed. The carpet looks like new and it also helped bring back the plushness of the carpet piles. 5 star company and work! I will use Old West Carpet Cleaning in the future. read more

However, new flooring was very expensive and no one could guarantee it would complete in time for Christmas. Old West Cleaning is amazing. I have 2 labrador retrievers who shed everywhere, eat everything, and make messes constantly. I also have a 6 year old that helps them. In our new rental we also had a big black stain that I tried everything to get out. Shane came in once, the carpets looked amazing, no dog hair anywhere, and all the stains from the kids and dogs, plus the big black stain was gone. Carpets looked brand new! With no after soapy residue. And it lasted! We even got the stain cleaner - and when the dogs rolled in mud and then ate all the bananas while squishing them in the carpet - that cleaner got the stains right out. SO glad I called Old West Cleaning to do our very old saltillo tile floor in our Bisbee kitchen. Shanes communication was excellent which is really appreciated and sadly lacking for many businesses these days. The floor was a mess despite our best efforts to clean it but Shane did a great job and it looked so much better when he was done. Shane and Dillon came over and in a short time did a great job on the elderly carpet; it hasn't looked that good in years. Of course, the next day, a couple of spots appeared, but as they had guaranteed their work (and told me this would happen), they came over and hit those spots - and checked all over for more (nope) - and were gone in ten minutes, and the carpet looks great. WOW! We have textured cement floors to look like tile! Other companies were afraid to tackle it. Our grout was in terrible shape. But after Old West cleaned our floors, the grout was back to it's original color and our floors shone! We are once again company ready! This company was so reliable and had great communication. They let us know when they were on their way and were right on time! The price was $139 for 2 bedrooms which may sound pricey to some ppl but I think having a clean carpet and peace of mind is priceless. They did a thorough job and a great deep clean! Great tile floor cleaning service. We had a short timeline to get our title floors cleaned. They adjusted there schedule to help us. Our floors and grout had turned black.
