The noodles have a nice, thick, chewy texture and come with plenty of sauce. Only downside for me was that most dishes didn't come with meat and I usually like to have a little with each meal.

My mom got their Ravioli di Ricotta e Spinach con Funghi e Tartufo (ravioli stuffed ricotta cheese & spinach, truffle mushrooms & Parmesan cheese). SO GOOD. Each bite had a beautiful amount of truffle and mushroom flavor. We could taste the freshness in each bite, and the ravioli didn't fall apart easily with the ricotta as it normally would indicating the quality of the cheese and the perfect cooked temperature. This shop was definitely a nice surprise find. Fresh ingredients for a cheap price! Cannot beat that at all.
