I also had some plaster repaired on my bathroom wall that was falling apart due to a slow leak in the old roof that they had discovered. They also repaired an area of my living room ceiling that seemed to be also affected by the leaking old roof. I was very pleased.

She won't answer any phone calls or emails from anyone she owes. But she went away every weekend while our project dragged on. The backsplash was the last thing to do and the guy doing the tile said he couldn't do it because the wall was so uneven. She told him to just do it. She made him do it anyway. Then she never paid him! And we have a backslash with 3 inches of spackle behind it. It's glass tile and its cracking. I hear she's bankrupt. The guys that did work here are calling asking if we've heard from her. We paid her over $100,000,00 and I think she was here 3 times. Be careful, and don't use Cherie Carignan she owes a lot of ppl money.

The downstairs bathroom was the worst offender -it had a gaudy wallpaper with big block letters that spelled out words like "Groovy" and "Love". Definitely a Peter Max-like look that would have been right at home in 1972. My wife and I covered up that atrocious wallpaper with new wallpaper soon after we moved in, but since neither of us really knew what we were doing, the "new" wallpaper looked mighty sad. This year, we are righting some of the ill effects of Father Time and doing some renovations, one room at a time. We started with that godawful downstairs bathroom. We were familiar with the Tetraults through a work connection, and when we saw some examples of his craftsmanship, well we reached out for his opinion and an estimate to bring that cursed bathroom into the 21st century. Chris did a magnificent job for us. He removed both layers of wallpaper, repaired some crummy drywall, replaced some old fashioned and dated door and window trim, Installed vinyl plank flooring, drywalled the ceiling, installed some gorgeous beadboard on the walls, and added nice accents of colonial trim crown, base, and corner  moldings, fixed a tight, sticking door, replaced the hinges and door handle as well as the old window lock, gave everything a fresh paint job and hung a new towel ring and toilet paper holder! The room is magnificent, and I love the little things he did, like swapping out the door hardware that was old and dated for spiffy new brushed nickel pieces. Chris was dependable, super polite and efficient, was a terrific communicator, and really made the entire project a pleasure. We have two more bathrooms, the front entry, and a laundry room in the queue for more work with him.
