I had never used Old's Electric before, but after my experience today at my cottage, they have earned a customer for life. They sent a young man named Hayden, and I simply cannot say enough good things about him. He arrived right on time in the afternoon, exactly as promised. What amazed me most is that Hayden is only 18 years old, yet he carries himself with the knowledge, confidence, and professionalism of a tradesman who has been in the business for 15 to 25 years. He went directly to the problem, immediately spotted what was wrong, and didn't just fix it--he took the time to show me exactly what was going on and explained the solution clearly. He looked me in the eye, told me what needed to be done, and made sure I was completely comfortable with the fix before moving forward. Hayden was incredibly thorough, double-checking everything to make sure my circuit box was safe and good to go. He was even overly diligent about the cleanup. When I told him not to worry about sweeping up a little dust on the floor, he insisted, saying, "No sir, we're going to leave this place as nice as the way we found it." I feel completely confident in his expertise and the safety of my electrical system now. It is rare to find this level of competence, respect, and upfront honesty in any service industry today.
