I guess that would be a act of kindness or pay it forward...They said No, so I paid the bill..She went again for her routine visit, and once again they sent the bill for $4.83 , so I circle the amount paid on the bill, and wrote Really? on it...The Good Dr, wrote a note back saying Yes Really! in RED,on the original statement I sent with the payment and a letter dismissing my mother as a patient...What a NICE, group of professionals!!!!!

EDIT: I had to edit my post because the doctor himself called me to apologize for the behavior of his staff and to say how this is not how they should treat people. Just for the fact he went out of his way to do this shows to me that this is actually a good business and run by good people. Hopefully he will rectify the situation with this staff member who acted this way because unfortunately this reflects poorly on the business. But he was wonderful and caring and it goes a long way!
