She replied within 24 hours and squeezed my event into her busy schedule. The hardest part of the entire process, was choosing from her many amazing menu options. I also needed bartenders, which she hired, coordinated and communicated with for me. Brittany and the two bartenders were professional, kind, and worked together as a team to take care of everything - table settings, bar setup, taking orders, cleaning, taking the garbage out, etc! Our guests had a lovely time, and we were able to enjoy it with them. Everything was easy, I really appreciated that. The meal and the presentation, were absolute perfection. I recently attended a wedding catered by Abbott Catering, and the experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. The level of professionalism, service, and attention to detail was far below expectations. The dinner service was delayed by 1.5 hours, and when it finally arrived, the plating and presentation were amateurish. The food was cold, and several tables were not served at all. The menu items were inaccurately described; the braised short rib was actually a pot roast, and the miso, blackberry glazed cod was overcooked whitefish without the promised glaze. Additionally, the salad service was inadequate, with only one medium bowl for a table of 16. When I addressed these issues with the caterer, he was not present to resolve the problems and instead blamed external factors. The dessert service, which was supposed to include two frosted cheesecakes cut on site, lacked any frosting. The coffee service was minimal, with only two carafes and no creamer or sugar available. Furthermore, the appetizers, which were meant to be hand-passed, were simply placed on a table without napkins or plates. I strongly advise against using Abbott Catering for any event. They failed to deliver on half of the contract's promises, and the most disappointing aspect was the lack of service, quality, and accountability for the subpar product.
