She replied within 24 hours and squeezed my event into her busy schedule. The hardest part of the entire process, was choosing from her many amazing menu options. I also needed bartenders, which she hired, coordinated and communicated with for me. Brittany and the two bartenders were professional, kind, and worked together as a team to take care of everything - table settings, bar setup, taking orders, cleaning, taking the garbage out, etc! Our guests had a lovely time, and we were able to enjoy it with them. Everything was easy, I really appreciated that. The meal and the presentation, were absolute perfection.
